August 2, 20214 yr Others still reporting the same I believe, it can also be too cold at times (though that's a minor issue). I had a temp of -50c at about 7000 feet over Florida not too long ago. I'm not a meteorologist, but I'm pretty sure that's not possible. AMD 5800x | Nvidia 3080 (12gb) | 64gb ram
August 2, 20214 yr You probably mean SAT (static Air temp). And that bug needs to be fixed. TAT is SAT + ram rise. However, if SAT is incorrect that means TAT will also have funky readouts. EASA PPL SEPL + NQ / CB-IR in progress MSFS24 | X-Plane 12

August 2, 20214 yr Yup, i had the same over the weekend, just ended up quitting the flight. I found a temporary work around that worked for me, which was to run an addon for weather (I used So-Fly, pretty cheap) and had no issue at all afterwards. So it looks like it must be something to do with the weather data thats causing the issue. August 2, 20214 yr I had this bug last night between Portland and Medford. A real PITA if youre flying a turbofan above FL100. I believe I saw ISA+78 at FL290. August 2, 20214 yr When I see this, I turn off live weather(use clear preset) in mid climb and cruise and select live again mid descent. A good work around for the moment until it's fixed. It's really not that bad until we reach an ATC system that allows me to request deviations as I do in real world flying. I'm typically above the weather real world anyway. What did that one rap song say, "we fly higher than weather, G5s or better" 🤣 Rick D http://g5flyer.tumblr.com/
