We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

HS-121 ( Trident ) in last photo. Favorite plane of all time. First to achieve full autoland capability. BEA sent me a bunch of photos's when I was a much younger anorak in the early 70's. Made a full size cockpit in bedroom with wooden dowels to move instruments. Parents were real happy.

Now I've zoomed in I think I see a wing mounted engine so maybe not. I don't think BEA had any jet aircraft with wing mounted. Maybe an airbus with retro livery. Anyway.. Trident still my fave even if this is a false alarm

I get the feeling that MKVY will never stop working on this airport arguably making it the best one man band produced airport for MSFS ever published. 54 updates to date, so an average of more than one a week since MSFS was launched!

It's the stock A20N with the retro A319 BEA paint job British Airways applied to one of their fleet a few years ago.

i7-10700K; RTX 2070 Super; 16GB; P3Dv4.5HF3 & MSFS2020.

+1 for MKVY.  This airport is a fantastic gift to the community.

Been using it since before SU5....it's such a great airport not sure how it's free !!! and MKVY is so generous with us

If only we get real AI traffic to see those many Easy Jets at the gates...would be awesome

You might already know this but he actually works from or at Gatwick airport and was put on furlough when covid hit the UK giving him plenty of spare time. What started off with a steep learning curve has turned into something of an obsession to make it as perfect as possible, which cannot be easy now he is back working again. On top of all this he has also started work on Heathrow (no major software house has even attempted it to my knowledge) but he jokingly gave it a finish date of 2027 if my memory serves me well.

It amazes me what hidden talents can come out into the open all due to an evil little virus.

One of my favourite airports in the sim, can't believe it is freeware!

He's done Shoreham EGKA as well which is superb.

This is actually an incredible story.. My man took an awful situation that is affecting everyone globally and redirected his lose into gains for himself and others to get through it.   The definition of human ingenuity
