I have yet to try it. I will give it a go later. PS. Just had another email from Just Flight for an update to the Aeroplane Heaven Spitfire Mk 1A - v1.5.1 Update. A fix to stop it CTDing due to an effect file apparently. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). October 25, 20214 yr Just a note on uninstallation and reinstallation. When reading carefully during installation this time, I noticed, for whatever reason, it wanted to install in an app folder on my B drive by default. My B drive is a slow spinning 3 Gb backup hard disk. It would have been slow loading from that! I pointed it to a quicker M.2 SSD instead. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). When I chose custom install, it pointed to my E: Drive with is an old hard drive as well. Instead of choosing a different one, I went one step back and chose the automatic install. So now I'm not sure where it was installed to. October 26, 20214 yr Overtorque, 42-odd GPH at 1200 FT.LB/1900 RPM, NXi (love to have again the topo map that I found so useful with the G750 in P3D). Version 1.08 good so far, nay, quite better. The Pilatus Porter from Milviz grows more and more as the aircraft to have for the GA/bush flyer crowd ! I was surfing with the tundra tyres last night! That shows you my level. You talk about GPH... I just splash about in the water shouting 'look at this' to my wife! I notice I did need to move the rudder trim to a more neutral position (but not quite central) after take off - that make me feel like I was almost a real pilot for a second. Oh, and taking the wing tanks off for a better view - never mind fuel range - this glides well! The sounds for this and the recent Hawk are also superb - very immersive. It seems like people are really getting to grips with the WWave system or whatever it is. Edited October 26, 20214 yr by bobcat999 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I didn't know that you could do that anyway so I have to try. They do have changed the flight model a little bit. More difficult to trim. Not a complain, mind you but the new version needs more attention. October 26, 20214 yr Nice! It's amazing how detailed the contours are in the landscape. Not to keep involving my wife in conversation too much, but her face is starting to look like that! (It's alright - she doesn't come on the forum and doesn't know my password) Just a note - If you try 'water skiing', make sure it is with the tundra tyres. With the normal tyres you may become a submariner! Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).
