Improving the AI isn't bug fixing, it's feature improving. So that doesn't go against what I said.

 

Yes AI traffic/live traffic is already in the sim, but you must know that it's limited and not working correctly which part of the reason why it needs to be working as advertised.

I'm most definitely looking to AI traffic support so that AIG can move forward with there addon, and also Reno Air Races! Would even be fun to just sit back and watch people online race against another like you're a spectator in the audience!

it was quite near to the start.

 

So one thing Jorg said that interested me, some of satellite and photogrammetry providers are not willing to allow their data to be used with Bing, which is why there is some data in MSFS that isn't on bing maps (I think mostly photogrammetry). The reverse is also true, Bing might have data that the providers don't want MSFS to use.

First time they mentioned they were considering to do something about terrain popping/morphing other than just getting better data and giving us more LOD options. That‘s good to hear, because better DEM data alone doesn‘t seem to do the trick, as Switzerland has shown.

To me this was less a "Developers Q&A" than a "Developers promoting upcoming content". I mean c'mon: 1 hour of promotional content, then there's the more or less self explanatory Feedback snapshots and finally six (!!!) questions from the forums. Surely not worth the hassle participating there.

This crossed my mind, thinking that this was just a glorified advert for the Reno DLC, which I don't have a real problem with, but they should been a bit more up front that they were going to talk about Reno and the benefits it will bring to the sim.

I wondered why Gaya removed the preview shots of LSZH from their Facebook page.. Great to see its being included I would of bought this otherwise.

The L-39 is co-developed / based on the Lotussim L-39 and with the P-51 they got assistance from A2A.

That’s interesting, that guy is still around. I thought he walked away from flightsims a long time ago. I seem to remember him having a Mig29 in early development as well.
