November 9, 20214 yr I got called to do a night flight for a cadet to get her check ride. (LOD 300/200) This Aircraft of Roberts captures everything so well now it was a joy to fly into EGLC at night from EGGD via BIG-ALKIN. Here is the the turn at the airport and the second screenshot shows the pattern/approach. Here you can see the pattern/approach on the Nxi, that also works great. Its a very steep GS into EGLC but it captured perfect all the way down. The Cadet got a pass. 🙂 Edited November 9, 20214 yr by Nyxx David Murden. November 9, 20214 yr I've spent the past week with Mr. Young's Bonanza V3 and now V4 upgrades flying RNAV (GPS) approaches all over the place I can say without a doubt that this package along with the Working Title Garmin G1000 NXi is the very best general aviation aircraft package that I've ever experienced in 22 years of flightsimming. This is the gold standard. A week ago I decided to learn how to fly RNAV (GPS) approaches and discovered it's the easiest thing ever! It's so easy, even I can do it. Check out these excellent tutorials to help wrap your brain around the RNAV (GPS) approach with the G100 NXi: This was all I needed and I've been off top the races busting minimums with confidence everywhere 😁 Yeah I know- "When the leaves get big in the windshield, it's too late to repent", but it's just so much fun!

November 10, 20214 yr I’m heartened to read of each positive session experience. With the NXI blossoming and SU7 it will, in toto get even better in time. Still, I do firmly believe this is currently the best complex single-engine piston representation available in MSFS. Robert has knocked this one for a Six! I typically fly heavy commercial transports, and yet I turn to this G36 TNB time and time again, as it fulfills my quest for the FEEL OF FLIGHT. If you haven’t yet tried this lovely aeroplane, what are you waiting for? C Best- Carl Avari-Cooper

November 11, 20214 yr I just discovered this mod tonight... this is easily the nicest flying aircraft I've tried in MSFS. I sure wish someone could make a Cub-type that slips and spins like this! Really, really excellent job... thanks to the dev and testers! I haven't done much IFR in this sim because I haven't found an IFR-type plane I really liked, until now. I took a quick hop down the coast tonight from Hoquiam to Astoria, in real-world (meaning lousy) weather. Got beat up good on the approach in 25kt winds, had the field a few miles out on the ILS, but then... wait... where's the runway going? A storm rolled over the field as I approached, until I only had a couple of the rabbits in sight at mins. Made it, but it took full control deflections and diff brake to keep her on the runway. I've never had an experience like that in a sim; not having used MSFS in the weather very much, I don't think I really knew what it was capable of. It's nice to have a good reason (a good plane) to do more of that. And this was before I discovered the Working Title mod. Now I've gotta have my wife teach me how you build approaches in the G1000; all I know in GA planes are round dials 🙂 Andrew Crowley
