Well I think Ryan is talking about the reality XP, that you had to DL the Garmin trainer, the very one used IRL to train you to use that real unit, and that "trainer" was feed/linked into the sim. It did not have 100% of it working but very close.

So you decide who has  "no clue what they are talking about"......or not 🙂

There's no RXP G1000 as far as I'm aware, just GTN 750/650 and GNS 530/430 ?

I think and could be totally wrong but there were talkin about functionality and it seemed they were talking about the XP. But frankly who knows, the Nxi is far ahead of the G1000 so its not that, so are they talking reality XP? that was the bench mark before MSFS. No idea 😜and i dont care 🙂

I'm not the one who has a history of instigating arguments at avsim.  I also did not bring up the comparison.  That's I'll I'm going to say about this topic.  If you want to know my thoughts about one sim's avionics over the others, you can PM me.

Server dependency in this sim is huge, and I believe the cause of many such artifacts... hopefully the backbone gets more robust...

Thanks Carl. I will say, for the first time ever I did see a couple stutters in the sim itself when this happened. I was in Seattle with really messy low IMC weather, all settings on ultra.  I haven't been to many large airline airports as this sim has mostly been for bush flying for me, until I found that turbo bonanza mod with your name on it ;).  Might have to pull a slider or two back when the NG3 releases...

So anyway, maybe this glitch was related to a performance cap my computer hit briefly.

You were, as totally wrong as the first guy.   No RXP G1000. MSFS one destroys default XP one.
