I was unable to answer most of the questions about the community because er... where the heck is that community...?! I only read about the project here on AVSIM (and sometimes on another forum). Afaik FBW doesn't have a forum of its own? I am not into Discord and don't have an account there... I'd love to get more information on how to connect to this community. 😉

You can use facebook with a f.i. a hotmail account and only share what you think is harmless. People dont get into trouble by using facebook but because they share to much. Discord comes closer but even that is a mess compared to a forum imho with no topics and only countless posts in chronological order... I just don't like the chosen communication channels. 😉

Unless you are planning to contribute to the project or helping on testing new features, then you will need to be in discord.
