Why is it so hard to fix such an obvious problem(s)?

Featured Replies

Suddenly, after dozens of flights over many days, my Assistance settings all revert to EASY - I knew about that so fixed it before I flew

Then, when trying to slow down after landing - I found that my control settings for CH Pedals had lost their settings for the toe brakes but retained the settings for rudder inputs.

Yes - these problems occurred after using Content Manager!

These problems were identified to ZenDesk/Microsoft weeks ago but nothing seems to be done to fix them.

Are they resolved in SU7 HotFix beta?

It's very likely not hard at all to fix such an obvious problem--they're simply not focused on it at the moment is all, but rest assured they will get to it, hopefully sooner than later.

It's a public beta, install it to find out.

It's about the same kind of issue we had before where pressing esc would put engine power to 0%, took a really long time to get fixed.

I guess we will need to wait for the hotfix or end of January

I guess the new policy here is to not share our experiences and to keep the results of our personal testing secret - I seem to remember a different AVSIM in the past

I'm not involved in the beta, but I recall (hopefully correctly) this is one of the listed fixes for whenever the hotfix arrives.

The assistance settings are fixed for sure.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

MS store is public.

There is some benefit in rewarding the devs more than some middlemen.

Personally I never had problems with the store edition.

Nope.  It's available on steam.

Lol, now it is, but when I posted it wasn't. Thanks for letting me know it's available for Steam users now, though.

Love it! But.. even though no one cares, I won't be installing it. New "feature" overload. I trust that y'all got this...at least what is within your control (reporting problems). Otherwise, have fun cloud surfin' on the ground! Oh wait..
