I don't think so. Developer pay for licensing. In the best case manufacturer provides documentation that is it. No one testing anything other than developer and their beta team

How do you know that?  I get the impression that Daher was actively involved..

I was beta tester in couple projects that involve licensing from real aircraft manufacture.

I mean do you really believe that all aircraft Asobo made licensed were tested and approved by Airbus, Boing, Cessna, Beechcraft?

Well it does state that on their Facebook Page.

First of all I'm replying to someone else. Second of all I'm sure what is your point. Do you fly Kodiaks for a leaving or you involve with Daher licensing?

Here is another exhibit. Even autopilot with yaw damper has difficulty flying perfectly coordinated

Slightly off topic....but those cockpit textures look unusually blurry. Can't make out the instrument labels at all.

Again I understand that Daher license this product and provided documentation. But I highly doubt they do any testing. MSFS is entertaining product not FAA approved sim.

Does anyone get persistent "Don't Sink" callouts when landing?  And any way to turn them off?

I don't. Do use default G1000? I fly with WT Nxi mode, and it seems works pretty well.

I think this is a  pure case of an armchair pilot that think they know more than real pilot who flew the Kodiak before. I didn't see anything wrong when it comes to rudder trim or takeoff time. I see the OP didn't read the manual and try to takeoff too early.

Can anyone tell me the KB command for revese thruster on this plane or what event turns on the reverse thruster. Aslo does it have an assited more where you dont need to worry about loadouts etc. or is this one of those real life like planes that needs a lot of learning to use?

This is exactly my point. Where do you have your info to claim this? The fact that you tested some scrappy planes in the nineties does not mean that every process after that follows the same workflow.

Using the NXi and was on an LPV approach.. two notches of flaps, about 90 kts, on the glidepath.

Not sure what triggers it..
