Kodiak download from SWS

Featured Replies

Anyone ever have any issue downloading product direct from SWS.  I'm trying to download the Kodiak and every time the download reaches 50%, it resets back to zero and the process just repeats over and over.  Thanks, LouP

And just like that, all of a sudden it worked.  Who knows?  LOL  LouP

I have exactly the same problem. The download keeps starting over and over ...

Tried for hours last night, had to go to bed. Trying again today, hope it works now. Shoulda paid the 5 bucks more to Just Flight, woulda been flying it last night. At least SWS is getting every thing from me, looks like they deserve it...

Been showing 20 minutes left to download for the past 2 hours. SWS you need more servers....

It took me a while when I first purchased it but eventually the download worked.  Their servers seem to be under some stress.

I wish they would have let us know before we paid them, I would have bought it somewhere else. I just want to fly this thing.

I had the same issue. One of the Simworks admins helped me out. He said the servers were being slammed with downloads today. I’m up and running now. Two thumbs up for their level of support.

If you haven’t already, head over to Simworks Discord. Someone may be able to help there.

Thanks Danno I will try that. Heck, I'll try anything at this point. Driving me bonkers lol!

I had a smooth experience so I'm lucky, I guess.

It's good their servers are being hammered (not that it helps anyone), because at least it shows there's good demand and the funds will encourage further development and new products.

It is also available from the Just Flight website. No issues there.

I just purchased direct from the dev site (cheaper there in euros than anywhere else) about 9 or 10 hours ago and although the site loads slowly for me, I had no other real issues with the purchase process. I used paypal as my checkout method. Conversion to Dollars was approx. $35 at the time.

Justflight was the most expensive at $45.

I opened a ticket on the dev site and received a functional download link within 24 hours! The standard download links still seem to be overloaded.
