March 22, 20224 yr I still use Lorby Time Machine for P3D today. Its a great tool and wish it were available for MSFS 🙂 FS SimRateBandit in MSFS is close but needs a bit more work.

Others (per the comments), are also having issues. Maybe it is a Win11 vs Win10 PLUS SU8. March 22, 20224 yr Just vote for the display of the sim rate to be added to MSFS: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/on-screen-indication-of-sim-rate/149632 If we can get Asobo to add it, you don't need to get an add-on just to show the sim rate. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

The latest package that I have here is version 1.02 b01, and there is an MSFS installer in it too. Build date is 23.01.2021, so quite some time ago. Edit: I just checked, this is also the version that is on the Lorby Website. But I don't know if anybody has been using it since then. Edited March 22, 20224 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI

Ahh thanks for this I didn’t realize that was the case and was really confused when I tried to use the go down to 1/4 speed then up twice method over the weekend in the A320. Has anyone ever had a good use for the 1/2 or 1/4 sim rates? I’ve never been able to find one. I have two keys on my keyboard assigned: R for rate increase, and next to it, E for rate decrease. If you watch the clock in your airplane panel, you can see the seconds speed up and slow down again. Not confusing once you get the hang of it. Bert
March 23, 20224 yr Author Thanks to every one for your comments - I think I solved the problems of simplifying without the key board and now have for ward and back speed with 1 click on my joy stick and to know at what rate with this video -
March 24, 20224 yr I don't have any issues, and I use Win11 along with the Shift-z mod to show me the simrate in the corner. I have shift-r set to increase the simrate and ctrl-r to decrease. You can go as high as 16x with the autopilot engaged, but some aircraft (like the 747) will start going up and down, left and right. So keep that in mind. I usually just go to 4x, I'm used to it since that was the max you could do with the AP for many earlier versions of MSFS.
