Still no KMEM or KIND for MSFS 2020

Recommended Posts

I'm surprised there's no KMEM or KIND yet for MSFS 2020.  These are major FedEx hubs, and I'm sure there are some FedEx fans using this sim...

I certainly vote for Indy.  It is May is it not (Indy 500)!  There is a KMEM at Flightsim.to.  Also an excellent Indy Executive (KTYQ) there to ease your way into Indianapolis for the "Greatest Spectacle in Racing" next weekend!

Only wish the Hjet (Hondajet) was released and available for a flight into Indianapolis for the race!

  Go Honda!

I'm still waiting for some actual cargo planes to fly into Memphis like the PMDG 777 & TFDI MD-11 and hopefully the iniBuild A300-600 in FedEx colors.

Also the PMDG 747-400/8F and the 737-800F for all the other major cargo airports.

well sure, but there are no airliners from the FedEx fleet for the sim yet... not everyone wants to fly fake FedEx-skinned 737s or A320s, lol

i'm sure once we get the MD-11 from TFDi or A310 from ini then demand for those will grow

I know that FSDT mentioned KMEM will be coming but KIAH will be first....I welcome either one of them!

What a coincidence. I just noted in your first photo above the letters IAP on open the nose gear door.  Struck me funny as I believe the original call sign for the original Weir Cook Municipal Airport, now Indianapolis International, was KIAP.  Just a coincidence in this topic.... 😐

Nice FedEx 737. I believe the real ones only operate in Europe. But this is the virtual world so anything goes. Again, I'm sure the airports will come in time for the bigger fleets.

I wonder if Taxi2Gate has explored porting their KIND over from p3d?  It's pretty nice.

Although I could be mistaken, the middle photo looks an awful lot like the ramp at KMEM.

The middle one is a sim capture, not real. 😉

N737FX actually belongs to a Cessna 182.

T2G, we aren't going to see anything from them for a while. I haven't heard anything from them for years, their scenery was great in P3D V4.

Then you missed their out-of-the-blue return to the scene with KIND, back in February last year.
They pumped out some updates and remakes of their back catalogue, the latest one being OTHH in November.

IMO, their absence saw them fall behind the competition. What was good in P3D in 2017, doesn't live up to 2021+ standards.
