Looks like a great update…darn that Dave lol.

I was going to do something tonight other than fly this aircraft for a change but I guess those plans are shot lol

The frame rates are better with this version.

Thank you Aamir for all your work. This is really a fantastic liner.

Does the built in pushback work now?

They claim to have fixed the issues. I haven't tried myself. Hope to just be able to keep using the Toolbar pushback. The Fenix default just won't do it for me. I'd like to be able to focus on the engine startup as the pushback tug is doing its thing.

I imagine Dave is the guy that eats fish every other day and forget to turn off the Microwave Bleed Air every time.

Makes sense that he works for a company developing an Airbus:  "strong fumes" was a big issue until not long ago.

" passengers began to complain about feeling sick due to an odour described as rotten smell by some or dirty old socks by others"

I knew it, I knew it from the beginning... that'll be tough, just added the break fans for a reason

Put Max manual with full rev in aircraft config. I bet you'll be able to make it.

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Great screens and atmosphere. But they don’t actually talk. If you are obviously referring to fps: are they now better? When I just landed at EGLC which is usually a fps eater all was smooth admitting that I came in at night but there was also quite some MP traffic buzzing around

Edit just zoomed in and found the numbers. Are they better than before?

He has 42/41 FPS. Top left corner.

Finally x2 time compression! This really held me back from doing 5h flights.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Thanks yes 🙂. Whereas the before numbers would be of interest tbo. So far my observation is pure gut feeling that the Fenix update did bring an improvement for my mediocre system but I am yet to do some more diligent tests tomorrow, including KBOS. So far I am very happy with what I got and try to avoid fps tools and especially the dev mode since it’s too obstructive. If it feels smooth then it is smooth…

Guys...they added Paypal!!!!!!

Papaya? Nice touch 😉 actually that is what I read first when skimming your post. Paypal makes more sense and will surely widen their customer base and support team, too. Asmir will need some more microwaves then
