The aircraft graveyard which used to be in Arizona.  It is no longer marked on the map, at least for me.

Do you mean Marana/Pinal?  As far as I know it is still there.

Due to changes in U.S. Air Force security considerations, the offsite bus tours of the 309th AMARG (AKA “The Boneyard”) are no longer available, with no plans to restart. However, the Pima Air & Space Museum will provide an opportunity to learn about the history of AMARG and have a very similar experience viewing rare aircraft outdoors in a desert climate while immersing yourself in aviation history. Learn more at Pima Air and Space Museum.

You should never assume things, just like you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover 👍

I was raised by my parents to appreciate the old and the new, whether that was TV or other things. I may be young(er) but I have strong knowledge and years of watching things such as the likely lads, it ain’t half hot, dads army, love thy neighbour, steptoe and son etc etc etc

I can totally relate to this. Having watched the likes of Only Fools and Horses not only as a kid with my parents but also endless re-runs everytime I travel home to visit them, I can safely say I believe I fall into the same category 😆. I am usually met with a 'have a you seen this one before', and I'm like, yup, many times, it was on last Christmas and every Christmas before 😁. It does never get old though. Sort of like revisiting my childhood everytime.

Steptoe and son was one of my favourites as a young boy. 'Oh, harold'...I used to do  great impression of the father 😄. And then there was Victor Meldrew. The 80s and 90s were such great time for British comedy.

I'm 'only' 40 and wise beyond my years thanks to such a comedy education 👍🏻

The boneyard at Monthan AFB shows up clear as a bell with Google Earth. You can zoom in quite a bit and still see F4 Phantoms, B1's, B52's, A10's, transports of every type, fighter types of all kinds, etc.. Must be be hundreds.

What i did look for was the F117. Didn't spot any of them. A google search showed they are in storage somewhere else.
