Hey guys, so it’s been almost a year and I’m getting back into msfs .

Can you please advise what are the addons needed for msfs right now? Free or not.

i have orbx airports yssy ybbn and city pack as I fly in aus. And payware aircraft also

pushback mod free. 

AIG traffic

Also Melbourne scenery and ymhb. Doing these in the MD82 using the old 1993 Compass livery.

Add-ons Linker: save all your in a separate folder and arrange by custom folder (i.e. aircraft, airports etc)

If you fly helis the FlyInside Bell 47 is a treat.

Twins: Can't go wrong with the Cessna 414

GA: search for mods on flightsim.to; the DA-40 and DA-62 mods vastly improve the standard MSFS aircraft (same applies to G36, C152 and others). The Asobo/Carenado V35B is great for $15, as is the Beech 18 if you like older aircraft. 

Airliners: dunno, not my thing 😝

Airports: again, explore flightsim.to for a ton of free add-ons (look at the map at https://map.flightsim.to)

👍 Have fun, there is a lot of exploring to be had.

Can't comment on Res Seasons but Weather Force has never given me anything approaching realistic weather (ever!) – has to be said my nearest METAR station is military, and they don't publish a full METAR report (which is what I believe influences the injected weather ... the bog-standard MSFS Live Weather does a pretty good job 95% of the time).

Littlenavmap, Global shipping, Powerlines, Welovevfr parts 1 and 2

AIG or Aerosoft Simple Traffic.

Your local airport of course, freeware or payware, whichever you want or can get.

not a GA flyer myself.

with regards to weather force I did read  bad things about it.

Than I suggest you can pick up the PMDG 737-600 for $35 U.S. or $54 AUD.
