Windows 10 vs 11 (for better MSFS performance)

Er no, 'could care less' is grammatically correct. Google it on your out of date PC.

If you "could care less", then clearly you do care to some degree. Whereas, if you couldn't care less, you don't care at all. It's a matter of logic, not grammatical correctness. It is good to know that you DO really care!

It seems that, as you have reached a point at which there is no more to squabble about that concerns Windows,
now there must be a squabble about "n't" at the end of a word.

Windows NT. Another one from yesteryear!

 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2  - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

Yep its the American version of couldn't care less (or at least its seems to have started there), how someone ever thought changing the word couldn't to the word could ,wouldn't fundamentally change the meaning of a phrase is beyond me.

"Eat, drink, and be merry...for tomorrow it may be radioactive".  My final existential thought.

"I could care less" makes absolutely no sense at all. So many people use that phrase, so they finally say it is OK to use, but frankly, it is not logical.  https://www.quickanddirtytips.com/articles/could-care-less-versus-couldnt-care-less/

suspect (without evidence to prove it) that it originated from a mishearing or misinterpreting of "couldn't care less" in much the same way as I so often hear American usage (including in what ought to be better educated/informed broadcasters) of "vers" instead of "versus". Unbelievable how often I hear the likes of "Team A vers Team B on Sunday".

Oh yeah, umm, I use Win11 and after tweaking it with Winaero Tweaker, I have it looking more like Win10 with the benefits of the latest supported OS version.

As someone who has used both Windows 10 and 11, I have to say that I'm enjoying the new features and improvements in Windows 11. The updated Start menu and taskbar are much more intuitive and streamlined, and the new Snap Layouts and Snap Groups features make it easier to multitask and organize my workspace.

Windows 11 is the best Windows version up to now. Very happy with it. I don't really understand why some people (almost religiously) stick with W10 (or downgrade W11 to look like W10...).

The answer to that one is resistance to change.
It happened every time that a new Windows version came out.
I would not be surprised if there are not still some out there who regret the passing of Windows 1.0

Not understanding others doesn't mean that they are stupid. Might be the other way round if you catch my drift.

10 works for me. I've read the reviews on 11 and was not convinced that it would bring me anything more. And anyway my machine cannot cope with 11.  Satisfied ?

I never said W10 users were stupid. 😉 And yes, I am very satisfied with your answer because I totally forgot about the hardware requirements being a reason for people to not switch to W11. So thanks for enlightening me. 😉

"Out there", there are still those happy, or stuck, with earlier versions of Windows for exactly that reason, even back to XP.
We are all encouraged to buy the latest and greatest hardware for the best experience and the latest Windows version
is often needed to make that hardware work.
There is no doubt that if it is affordable and wanted, then that is the best path, but for those for whom it is not, the rest
should just enjoy what they are lucky enough to have and leave the others be.

Besides the hardware incompatibility, its not question of being happy or not. 10 works thats all and this is what I ask from  a computer.  11 looks good but doesn't bring me anything substantial that I see. Nothing "religious" about it. A touch of pragmatic conservatism maybe 😉
