February 10, 20233 yr About someone who is referred to as PlaneJoe, who, in the past few days has made some p3d tutorials. Also, seems to wear an official prepar3d T shirt. Odd🤔

February 11, 20233 yr This article is actually very clever code for "P3Dv6 will be released in seven days". Christopher Low AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU / 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM / 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Super GPU / Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7 / 1+2TB Samsung Evo Plus M2 Nvme UK2000 Beta Tester

February 11, 20233 yr I'm not sure there is a P3dv6 out there? In the past there has always been some kind of a leak about the next version. So far I haven't seen or heard of any reports of beta testing from a reliable and verifiable source.  As a hardcore P3d user I am hoping for a version 6, but just don't see it happening any time in the near future. Hopefully I'm wrong.  I Earned My Spurs in Vietnam

They had a login page for beta testers that specifically noted "V6" that was publicly accessible until they fixed it.Â
February 11, 20233 yr There is an update coming just who knows when. My avionics program, prosim, had a note on one of their recent updates that included enhancements for a future p3d version. February 11, 20233 yr I'm thinking maybe it's a new(er) version, but one that still ultilizes what V5 devs left behind. Or something off the charts that will get the devs off the other sim, partially anyway. I sometimes follow the other forum and see the ongoing problems that haven't been fixed. I'm wondering if after the V6 release if more folks gravitate back to LM. Bottom line, I have no idea. 😀

February 11, 20233 yr You'll never know. I was a beta tester for a dev directly tied to LM. Not a word was said regarding that relationship, as it should be.
