Didn't get a look at the Cal Fire helo but that could just be my settings. "Unfortunately", the Huey with the Cal Fire livery that you see on my screen shots is not a static. It's free helicopters : https://flightsim.to/file/24881/uh-1h-huey-iroquois-wip that I use just to make a screen shot. Vincent B. January 22, 20251 yr Thanks very much for this - excellent scenery! I tried an approach onto RW17 - it's very tight isn't it!? This was in the WBSim Cessna 152. Landed fine and stopped before the parking but wondering if real-world aircraft tend to use the opposite RW35 as the approach is a bit wider. Any idea? I'll keep using it for practising touch-and-goes in my smaller fleet of aircraft. Edited January 22, 20251 yr by TrafficPilot Chillblast Core i5 14600KF Liquid Cooled RTX 4070 SUPER 32GB RAM. So youd want to enter the pattern first and probably not come over that ridge hehe. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

I was a bit wary about the approach as steeper turns at slow-speed are not a particularly "good thing". I don't even know if MS2024 models the bank angle/stall speed changes. Maybe it doesn't but it's nice to do it properly in the sim anyway😁 Chillblast Core i5 14600KF Liquid Cooled RTX 4070 SUPER 32GB RAM. Internet: 1 Gig Fibre. HoneyComb Throttle & Flight System. January 22, 20251 yr Author It coud be windy there. I just flew once there (IRL) and entered right traffic 17 at the field elevation + 1'000 ft and... next time I'll take +1'500ft 😉 And I even not thou 42 minutes ago, TrafficPilot said: Landed fine and stopped before the parking "Stopped before the parking" ?
