I wonder if it is related to the current server issue they are having.

don't know. because of the beta bug, I had changed this pc to work as OFFLINE pc so it wouldn't access the internet each time (and reset my ASSITANCE settings), which they let you change only a few times per year so you can run your game even without internet credential checks. OFFLINE status but still fetches ONLINE weather etc. go figure.

AMD 7800X3D, Windows 11, Gigabyte X670 AORUS Elite AX Motherboard, 64GB DDR5 G.SKILL Trident Z5 NEO RGB (AMD Expo), RTX 4090,  Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB PCIe 4.0, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 1 TB PCIe 4.0, 4K resolution 50" TV @60Hz, VR: Pimax Crystal Light + HP Reverb G2 @ 90 Hz, Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant, be quiet 1000W PSU, Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black air cooler.

60-130 fps. no CPU overclocking.

very nice.

@Alvega @ThomseN_inc As requested https://github.com/drunkwinter/MSFS2020.ARPC/releases/tag/v1.2.2-SU14%2B

Probably the last release I'll do. As I previously said I don't really recommend using it.

Using something like Reshade would be much better suited, especially when/if Biology releases his shader.

@Drunq

Is there any chance you might be able to keep supporting this mod?

For me, using some custom values still looks more realistic than the ones Asobo integrated into SU14.

Luckily your wonderful files keep my sim looking great, but I would be really sad if they weren't able to be used in future updates. For three drag and drop files, and changing a few numbers, the difference is massive.

Thanks so much for the files anyway!

Since SU14, these files are no longer having any effect, so if it looks great.. it is not because of this mod.

Perhaps he didn't update yet.

I agree, it's always good to have more options. Colors are not the same always and everywhere, it depends on lots of factors. Having an option to choose different colors is good, those who don't want it don't have to use it.

I am sorry this is simply not true, I use the toggle function he provided and can see the colours changing on my screen right now.

Andrew

This is with the colour values I use, which are not the one's Asobo uses, it is more pink than orange. I personally think it looks awesome, but it is subjective of course.

So you don't get an error message when starting the sim saying it didn't find the values to change?

No.

Are you using the version that he made for SU14beta yes?

I was, but it started showing that error when I updated to the latest build of the beta, so i uninstalled it.

Edit: On second thought, I left the beta and went back to SU13 and perhaps I forgot to update the files to the beta ones when I joined the beta again. I'm going to try them again.

Yeah, seems to be working for me. As I said, I much prefer the values that I use so would love to be able to keep using them.

Are you using MortThe2nd's values? If not can you post the ones you're using so i can try them?

Edit: You are right, it works, just tried it.

No I don’t use his values.

More than happy to share the values, but do you mind if I do it tomorrow? It’s 4am here and I have already turned the PC off a while back, (on my phone now). Only up because I have a cold/flu and can’t sleep, but equally have just taken some medication and feel cosy in bed now so don’t really want to get out ha!

Sure, hope you get well soon.

By the way, just tried with Mort's values but I think the default are now better. I will probably uninstall this unless I prefer your values to the default ones.

Yeah it’s all subjective anyway. I really prefer the ones I use. Not saying they are better. It’s all personal taste!

Blow it, I’m awake now. I’ll just turn on PC and post them…
