I have it running with AIG and it communicates with AI in a realistic way

That's great, but after another try with totally different system this time, rcv4.exe still crash without even get a glimpse of it's window, not even a trace in windows event log.

@Ray Proudfoot how does RC4 cope with Concorde? I've stuck with Pilot2ATC as I can set a wide allowance on altitude deviation, not really a block clearance but works to the same effect.

I have P3D v5.4 and I install all my AI manually using AIFP. I use everything from AIG to MAIW. I have everything from airline AI to military AI to biz jets, general aviation, and helicopter AI. I even have Russian AI planes in my sim. For ATC I use the default ATC.

You can operate Concorde as normal until the accel point where things have to change. Set your Cruise Altitude in RC to FL280. When you approach the accel point request higher and select FL600.

After turning off reheats at Mach 1.7 your climb rate will reduce drastically. RC expects a minimum of 200fpm. If you can't manage that (likely) then there's an option (press 9) to deviate for turbulence. The climb watchdog is turned off and you can climb or descent as required to maintain Mach 2.

Once you're decelerating and descending turn that option off. Once you're descending at a good rate RC will treat you the same as other aircraft.

And don't forget you have a Speedbird Concorde call sign to differentiate you from slow birds. 😁

At what point does it crash? On startup so you never see the interface? Or after you’ve loaded a plan and hit Fly Now?

Have you built the database? Please provide a screenshot of the display but in the RC forum.
