Interesting that there was a high ranking "UFO Officer" overseeing this occurrence. 11.11 in video. Fascinating that the bases had UFO officers.

In 1964 it's said a UFO actually landed on the runway at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico.  It's said two beings emerged and spoke to two US Air Force officers and then the beings got back in and the UFO took off again.  It was allegedly one of three UFOS that were buzzing around the base that morning but only the one landed.

You can Google the encounter(s) and alleged film of the incident on Google.

Wouldn't be the first time something like Google Maps lead someone down a backroad to the middle of nowhere.

Well if this phenomenon is real and that's a big if I'd be far more willing to entertain the idea that they are not aliens but in fact humans from what we would intuitively consider our chronological future. I think that explanation does require that one believes that our reality is akin to what we might analogously call a simulation!🤪

If they were aliens, at least they seem to have taken the trouble to learn the language before coming, unlike certain heptapods I might mention.

Time traveling visitors form the future is an interesting possibility. Especially when we consider that people report seeing humanoid figures. We would perhaps expect an alien species to be entirely different to us, unless some extreme form of convergent evolution is a factor.

Interesting that the same design craft are seen dating back to the Romans who said they saw flying shields in the sky (Flying saucers). Well I guess if our alien friends are traveling at relativistic velocities and are impacted by time dilation it could well be that the very craft that the Romans saw are the very craft we see today, including the same occupants if manned. Due to time dilation, days, weeks, might pass by for them, dependent on velocity,  but 100's or even 1000's of years for we Earthbound humans. If that's the case, I guess they would need to be some kind of nomadic species, because an inordinate amount of time would have passed on their home planet if they returned home and the civilization they knew changed dramatically or even non existent.

It hardly inspires confidence when the dates are confused. If the Holloman AFB incident occurred in May 1971, then the famous Lonnie Zamora case did not happen "a year prior to that". Lonnie Zamora's UFO encounter was on 1964 April 24, so this article would suggest that the Holloman AFB incident happened some time in 1965.

I thought the aliens just spent a short time out of their craft talking to the USAF officers but, in this linked report, it was supposedly much more than that;

"Emenegger claimed that he personally visited the landing site and inspected the area where the extraterrestrial craft had been stored, and that the US military and the alien visitors had held meetings that lasted for several days."
