I hope AI is finally fixed so we do not have to restart sim after every leg. Just love to drop this bombshell.

What the heck are you alluding to?  I’ve been on SU13 beta since day one and I most certainly do not have to restart sim at any time tbf..

Hyperbolic closes like, “…just love to drop this bombshell” do little to nothing to add credibility to your post, nor your personal credibility for that matter.

I don't have to restart the sim when using AI. In what way is it broken?

Wow, this was posted too quickly without any explanation what I mean. I hoped people would fill it in for themselves.

What I meant was:

* FSLTL/AIB , whatever no ai airplanes when flying route back to departure airport example EHAM-EGLL-EHAM(No traffic anymore)

* AI stuck in Go Around modes and clogging up the departures/landings

* AI crossing runway/not respecting takeoffs and landings

* AI not respecting wind direction taking off from runway and opposite runway used by AI for landing all the same.

Can go on...

Edit: and no it is not 3rd party fault. Asobo simply seems not to be able to add a more coherent AI behaviour like it was in de FSX days, hence my opinion the AI is better on many occasions on the older platform. Not to mention losing everything in the sim when connection is lost and dull Azure voices go haywire.

I don't have the problems you are claiming, and I use FSLTL.

Ok, I am guilty for not mentioning I fly airliners mostly. But hey, it is just a sim/game so I should not strive for utmost reality, right? Lucky it is not RW.

Of course I am the only one seeing these issues. Perhaps a reinstall will help, right. I just have to put my purple/pink glasses on. No matter how much I dislike them.

Actually those issues are well known and documented.  And most are not listed in the changelog for SU13, so not much of a bombshell to bring them up.

AI will never be fixed in FS2020 until SDK is updated. Stop keeping hope, get PSXT/RT + AIG instead

"Our regular panel"? May I ask if you the official rep for the MSFS team at Avsim? I had heard there would be an official MSFS rep at Avsim.

Hi,  @abrams_tank, nice catch!

No, I am not related in any way to Microsoft, except as a user.
