You do it in content manager. Go and search for OMDB in there and it will appear then you can just remove it. Otherwise, your sim will render 2 airports and performance will suck. It will likely show up if you search the "not installed" category and then you will be able to add it from there. Or it may be in one of the world updates. To be honest, I can't remember if that airport came with the initial release or came in an update later down the road.
