November 29, 20232 yr Purchased the TBN850, and avionics were not turning on. Re started MSFS 2020 and the avionics had powered up. Now all of a suddenly my avionics are not Turning on again in the TBN850. Redownloaded the TDS GTN750xi from TDS but that didn't fix the issue. At a loss right now. Any ideas what I can check? Thank You Walt Walt Popowski
November 29, 20232 yr Did you check to see if any circuit breakers were popped? It does simulate working breakers...just a thought. Eric i9-12900k, RTX 5070ti OC, 32GB ddr5 5600 RAM, 2TB 980 Pro SSD, Titan 240RX AIO, Samsung CRG90 49", Win 11

November 29, 20232 yr I purchased it last week and has worked flawlessly every time, no issues with TDS GTNXi . Do as suggested! November 29, 20232 yr Make sure overhead panel 'Gyro / RMI / ADI 2 / HSI 1' are switched on. CPU Ryzen 7800X 3D RAM 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 6000MHz GPU GEFORCE RTX 4090 Monitor AOC AGON AG352UCG UltraWide G-Sync @ 3440x1440 Internal Storage 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD External Storage Three 4Tb HDs
November 29, 20232 yr Yeah there's a lot of switches in this plane - which is really fun... even this morning I started up but forgot the four overhead rocker switches for avioncs. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
November 29, 20232 yr Not sure about the real one actually uses, but the TBM 850 is borderline needing to move to flows.
November 29, 20232 yr I just bought it also, a lot of switches, but very fun, it works fine for me, I use PMS5 750, this one's a keeper for sure. System: I ASRock X670E | AMD 7800X3D | 64Gb DDR5 6000 | RTX 4090 | 2TB NVMe | Seasonic Vertex 1000W I LG Ultra Gear 34 UW I
November 30, 20232 yr I had the same problem. Found out one of my other Blacksquare addons was conflicting with it. Not sure which one yet, haven't tried to narrow it down yet, but when I put them all back, the problem comes back. I might have time on friday to narrow it down. Maybe one of them needs an update. 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz i7-9700K RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6
November 30, 20232 yr I have all Black Square, except the Velocity, and I've never had a problem. The previous BKSQ add-ons (Baron, Caravan, Bonanza) haven't been updated in a while. Certainly not since the TBM 850 was released. The TBM 850 has had one update. The TBM has a significant number of switches to manipulate for preflight. Gang/crash bar, generator, battery, pilot O2, gyro/ADI/HSI (4 switches total overhead next to exterior lights), bleed air, autopilot power, EFIS power, and radio power. Most aircraft believe an avionics switch is enough. Daher/Socata wanted to make things really complicated by adding 8 additional switches to the panel for radio and navigation 😄 - Chris Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | Intel Core i9 13900KF | Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB | 64GB DDR5 SDRAM | Corsair H100i Elite 240mm Liquid Cooling | 1TB & 2TB Samsung Gen 4 SSD | 1000 Watt Gold PSU | Windows 11 Pro | Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke | Thrustmaster TCA Captain X Airbus | Asus ROG 38" 4k IPS Monitor (PG38UQ) Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard | Intel i7 4790k CPU | MSI GTX 970 4 GB video card | Corsair DDR3 2133 32GB SDRAM | Corsair H50 water cooler | Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD (2) | EVGA 1000 watt PSU - Retired
