You can't increase render scale when choosing DLSS. It's a TAA only option.

March 29, 20242 yr I upgraded the DLL to 3.6.0 and it is better, but not by a huge amount. I did notice that motion makes quite a difference. If you are sat still it looks a lot better than in flight. I do wonder if on airliners it may be less noticeable as you are often traveling much more smoothly compared to some little piston plane.
