Yes, basically it has a Harrier under each wing!

Lol, My comment is coloured by experience of working at RAF St Athan in the early eighties, they used to air test Harriers after maintenance which included a period Hover taxying close to the Hangar I worked in...One pegasus in close proximity was painful, 2 would would probably be injurious

P.S. In the 70s the RAF was considering a four engined vertical take off and landing transport (4 'thrust vectoring turbofans) it never got made but aspects of its design fed into the HS 146 , (Bae 146)

No way!  What an experience!

I managed to get a night visit to RAF Wittering in the late eighties with a few other young lads to watch them being serviced.
They gave me a minute or tow in the seat, and I will never forget it, as the Harrier was my favourite military aircraft at the time - great days!

I hope your hearing is still intact!

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

First time I saw DO-31 was fictional version of it in the Amazon ‘Man in the High Castle’ adaptation

I am a bit disappointed with the hand crafted version of EDNY Friedrichshafen. Quite a few of the Gaya Simulations hand crafted airports in previous updates have 3D terminal interiors, but unfortunately the main terminal and other buildings at this airport have those parallax interiors that I really do not like. I know that many of you think that parallax interiors are fine, but they destroy a lot of the immersion for me. They just look fake.

The thing that immediately came to mind when I first saw the DO-31 was the Razorcrest from the Mandalorian...

I flew over Stuttgart last night and the photogrammetry looked really nice and crisp, no melted buildings to be seen.

All of the recent stuff developed with TIN is looking great.  It would be nice if ASOBO could do London using this method.

Ryzen 5800X3D, Nvidia RTX5080 - 32 Gig DDR4 RAM, 1TB & 2 TB NVME drives - Windows 11 64 bit MSFS 2024 Premium Deluxe Edition Resolution 2560 x 1440 (32 inch curved monitor)

It all came down at 200 Mbits/s here. No bottleneck.

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Premium Edition owners get the Dornier for $9.99 instead of  $14.99. These bargain prices stay around I think forever, apparently no time limit. No doubt there will be a Premium Edition for 2024 too which may or may not include these kinds of bonuses.

April 24 Q&A twitch.
