I have never once seen that message in four years of this game.

I don't know which country you are in and which server you connect to, but I live in a European country but... like this evening, I received this warning and this happens "only" after 5/6 PM LT and on weekends even before and this is happening to me more and more frequently after this time while on weekday mornings, where obviously there are fewer users, I have never received this warning.

I'm certainly not the only one with this problem because just go to the Msfs 2020 forum, and you can see how many reports of insufficient bandwidth have been reported.

Connection / speed problems are not always global and are the nature of the internet beast.

I feel like it'll be mostly bug fixing and maintenance mode type changes for v2020 after SU15.

My thoughts exactly. After 2024 my best guess is, that there will not be many new features for 2020 except for the occasional back porting of some 2024 functionality which fit in the 2020 engine without too much hassle.

That would suit me fine, I'll not be an early adopter of 2024 as I'm not that interested in what it seems to be offering so I'll wait and see.

If anything lures me to 2024 it will be something like a nice 3rd party Super Cub

I'm not that confident that many bug fixes will be forthcoming for 2020, but I'll be sticking with it for some time yet the GF Wilga, MilViz PC-6 and the Asobo Savage Cub and Beaver have most of my bases covered.

Finally had the time to watch this, have to say Juminava is sounding a lot more confident in her role, Charles from WT had a very assured debut, alongside everything else, mixed feelings about the shallow water update.

On the one hand, great they’ve committed a small team to spending a few years polishing the water masks, on the other, doesn’t this mean no bathymetry for 2024…?

What's the betting that SU16 will principally contain the stuff backported from 2024? I have my doubts that we'll ever see SU17 unless it's planned as a final bugfix version.

Yes, it was already stated that they will continue to backport whatever they can from MSFS2024, but they did also say they will be dropping to around two updates per year from now on. For how long we don't know.

My feelings are they will probably drop support for 2020 if and when 2028 comes out (if they stick to a 4 year refresh cycle) but 2020 should be stable by then anyway.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.
