Much of the world has taken the blue pill.

Some people eat to live.  I live to eat so of course I am overweight.  But I don't care.  Dining is a form of recreation.

I can't resist a slice of extra rare prime rib and a baked potato dripping with butter.

But breakfast is my main meal.  A bowl of fresh fruit consisting of a half an apple, a tangerine, and a handfull of grapes.  That's followed by three eggs sunny side up, a slice of toast and a sausage patty all washed down by a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice.  For desert I have bowl of raisin bran.

Eat hearty mate!

When I was younger and living in a sanctuary with a Master we tried allot of this stuff. In the end it didn't work. Doing fasting had great benefits but at some point you had to eat and drink. Breathing in the light or doing the Star exercise does elevate you and gives you great insight and also doing Kundalini yoga will raise your chakras and will give you connection to your life's purpose and spirituality.  Some of these Gurus are just con men. If you just look at nature you can see all you need to know.

That is an old model. The latest is much larger and has "French Doors" as a main feature... 🎇
