I love that Beyond ATC keeps releasing these sad short videos of their influencers interacting with their software. What they don't mention is that their program (both ATC Direction and AI Management) is a bug-infested horror show. When I tried to report issues, I was told that due to the team's size, they can't review all the bug reports—while they opened an entire section for different types of bug reports.

I've invested a lot of money in their software—both as an early supporter and later by purchasing premium credits—and in return, I got a team member trolling me like a child when I reported issues. To top it off, they kicked me from their server. These simpletons fail to realize that each flight that goes horribly wrong (about 60% of the flights when using BATC) actually costs me money.

They will not receive another dime from me, and every time I see someone post a video of their software on YouTube or discuss it on various forums, I will tell this story.

P.S - Now there appears to be a little BATC word not allowed who goes by the username @Tuskin38 spreading lies about me 'spamming' their discord server. I wonder how could that be if I have never used the username I'm using here as my Discord username... I've already involved my legal representative to deal with him further.

As a counter point, there are some things in the latest versions that are annoying and I’d classify as a regression, but calling it a “bug infested horror show” seems pretty excessive.

You made it sound like they owed you something. 

Neither does the money the characters cost go to them (it goes directly to AI company that sells the text to speech service), nor do you need to use them.

So they have to realize absolutely nothing about a flight costing you money.

Because that is purely your decision.
