It is suchrthings that leave me shaking my head in pure disbelief... I know! Doesn't make much sense. Btw does anyone have a link to the mod on flightsim.to that exports your MSFS2020 assignments to pdf? 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

Select that, and everything will be familiar again. (It's what I did.)

November 20, 20241 yr I am rebuilding my control settings from those I use in Fs2020. I want the joystick hat to show views at left/right/up/down. Yet when I do the assignments for these views they don´t stay fixed and they return to pilot view. How can I have the hat show these views ? For example, I assigned KEY_COCKPIT_LOOK_LEFT to Joystick Pov Left, but the view reverses by itself to pilot view after. Thanks! edit: got it working - Free Look Reset has to be in Manual Edited November 20, 20241 yr by ega Edmundo Azevedo

November 20, 20241 yr Deleting keyboard assignments seems to be most confusing of all. Seems like when I click on the delete line the secondary assignments don't always delete.
November 20, 20241 yr Suddenly my rudder axis stopped working... I deleted rudder assignments on the Xbox controller, but that didn't help. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

So for the new items that we didnt have in 2020, does it keep those and replace the other stuff with what we had in 2020 or do we need to then go and assign all the items in 2024 that we need that wasnt in 2020? Like Shift+C to get in and out of the plane as an example. i9-13900K O/C | ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero | 32GB DDR5 6000MHz Kingston FURY | RTX 4090 24GB | 2x SSD M.2 (2TB Samsung 990 PRO) 1x SSD (4TB Samsung 870 EVO) | Windows 11 Home | H20: HydroLux PRO:HardLine Tubing| 1000w PSU | Starlink WiFi

I am struggling to set controls up (not even made a flight yet) but in the Controls Setting under Airplane controls there is an option to set the Keyboard to "Keyboard 2020 Planes" and when I did that the assignments from 2020 seemed to come back, i.e. "B" to set altimeter. November 20, 20241 yr Honestly, half the problem I am having is the absence of a well researched guide MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

Why to waste time providing a basic manual for control configuration? Would make life too easy! Maybe someone can help me, cannot find the righ name in the menu'. In FS2020 i mapped a button on my hotas to reset the view, so i can move with the mouse looking around, then a single button press and I am in front of my instruments again. It was called: Cockpit Reset--Joystick Button 2 How is it in FS2024?
