  • And why, why for god sakes they did not simply keep the keys from MSFS? Was there ANY reason e.g. to put «set altitude» on the comma insted of «B». It is suchrthings that leave me shaking my head in p

  • As far as views go, since they have been changed Crtl + C will get you in and out of the plane To move your viewpoint in the plane Shift+E raises Shift+Q lowers Shift+W goes closer to Pan

  • In the control assignments, there's a keyboard profile with the 2020 keyboard assignments. Select that, and everything will be familiar again. (It's what I did.)

I’m at a loss trying to set up my “hat” switch to look around. Not sure why they reassigned basic key commands after 20 YEARS… ugh

Same! Any ideas?

I'm sitting in the cockpit of the Pilatus 24.

I can "see" the cabin.

But how do I move "into" the cabin to, for example, to set up a wing view.

WASD doesn't seem to work inside the plane.

Thanks!

I think you might be in the wrong dialog. You're looking for the dialog for the specific control, so you hit the gear button for the control first to go into that dialog. If you see a number indicating a conflict that's the place to start, so hit the gear button next to it.

From there you'll see a list of conflicting assignments. You hit the box with an arrow to copy the assignment you want to delete to the clipboard and then the trash button.

There must be a bug... In this case I had to select the conflicting assignment and then the Backspace button to "unbind" it... Only place I have seen this appear.

Did you hit the box and arrow button, or just the line it was on?

At the moment I've did some flight with GA planes, using hotas+separate throttle. In controls page i selected "applly to all aircrafts".

But how does the "per aircraft" control assigment works? (the last option at bottom left". Cause for airliners I have a different setup. Someone figured it out? Otherwise I'll create another profile and switch it manually.

The bindings are a bit of a nightmare to get around, with quite a few double ups.

I spent yesterday trying to straighten some out, but am stuck on the following:

 - How to remove the POI 'popsicles' that appear in the scenery?

 - How to remove the ATC 'directional' words that appear along the bottom of the screen, mainly at takeoff?

 - How to set up the 'Walking Man' person & a view so you can observe them, & also , how do you 'move' them, ie, have them walk about/steer them? It can be done as I saw a video of a pilot doing a walk around, including ducking under a wing.

Thanks

Thanks, that did the trick!

My X52Pro HOTAS Throttle (LZ Axis) does not work correctly with Asobo C172. Fuel is cut off at a bit over the idle position. How would I set the zero point? The hardware window settings for axes are not very useful. Something is completely wrong here.

What is the name of the function to close the ATC windows ?

I have found the one to open the windows but nothing to close it.
appreciate any idea.

How do I turn the taxi ribbon and flight path brackets off in Career mode? Even if flight path assistance is off in the settings, they still show up in game, and the taxi ribbon I am unable to de-select.

Why is my airplane marked with a circle on the g1000 with a C172? I want my normal triangle back so it's easy to see the direction im flying.

Why can't I click the heading select knob to make it go to my current heading like in msfs20?

Oh boy this control scheme is confusing. Having two sims i really wants binding to be the same. Why is there two themes now per controller?(3 actually) The general and airplane ones. Why not just one as in MSFS2020? Is both active at the same time? If i create a new profile based on MSFS2020 with a name  and want to change or add stuff it keeps want me to save again to a new profile.

Do we really need to change it in both general and airplane profile?

The 3 option for aircraft specific i guess you leave the tho others to "none"

Also my Throttletek B737 no axis is detected at all. Only buttons.

To close the ATC window you need to bind a key to "Open communication panel" which unlike the wording is actually a toggle.

Who else finds the talking passengers and the ATC to be absolutely horrible and immersion breaking? Why do they pronounce Five as Feif? And I cant turn the dogpoo off.
