February 14, 20251 yr I understand the pressure from MATHIJS at PMDG with such a long post to promote their product and sway voting. ONLY MARKETING. Now, he can jump up and down as high as he wants. Although PMDG products excel in many aspects, I find it hard to believe that Boeing chose them as a PC tool or that they meet the standards. Unfortunately, no PMDG product was approved by any airline as a training tool. ONLY AEROWINX. I wonder when they will confront reality. 747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.

February 15, 20251 yr As I understand it, it's the Fenix A319/A321 expansion that's nominated. I love the Fenix but is the expansion in itself better than the other planes? To me the clear winner is the JustFlight RJ, followed closely by the 727. Both planes just feel better, more alive compared to the PMDG or the TFDi. The former is just too by-the-numbers, the latter is incomplete.

Nothing comes close.
