nobody has complained about BATCs jerkiness (although, even @ 60fps - its not that smooth and due to LOD issues, the AI aircraft landing wheels disappear too soon), I was complaining about 1) functionality 2)horrible CS that I got.

again - they didn't explain it to me nor advised me to watch any video (I'm not subscribed to their YT channel).

Perhaps sending an email or displaying a .txt that contain a changelog after installing a an update\EA revision would have been a good idea.

With this patch, the vector engine is completely new, rewritten from the ground up to dynamically adjust its handling to the situation. This allows for aggressive vectors to get you back in position to avoid terrain, or soft corrections if the system detects you're starting to drift slightly off course.

 

Since this system is new, it may fail in the situations we didn't test it. That means in some instances the new system may *appear* worse than the old one - but rest assured this new system is far more capable and easy to tune. We need your help to put it through its paces and let us know what's working and what isn't so we may tune it to get every situation correct. 

 

We will keep this in experimental a bit to tune it, then move it over to EA when it's stable. I'll make a video explaining more about how we solved these issues soon as it's quite an interesting  topic.

Mate, you gone and got yourself banned from their discord server, I don’t see how you can continue to expect active support from them at this point forward.

This is just a showcasing of the duality of simmers. BATC put it in the hands of the community on whether they should do early access, the vote was overwhelmingly yes. Now I’m not saying you’re not allowed to complain but there’s this odd expectation of perfect software from something that isn’t even fully released.

I can’t relate to the “horrible” customer service you’ve received as I’ve seen in the discord of people leaving feedback all over, there’s even dedicated channels for the different areas of BATC’s functionality to leave feedback and how you can do so.
 

what I do know, Paul is, that every discord I’ve seen you in, you’ve been extremely irrational and insufferable, to myself even, calling me and others, various expletives but that’s neither here nor there. None of BATC staff are afraid to receive feedback and often acknowledge it. However, all interactions have been with humility.

yes, i got banned, but based on what ground ? i've never spammed nor broke any of the server's rules, so i could only guess they didn't like the mirror that I had put in front of them.

My advice to the OP is to just park the addon until it is fully completed, ie, out of "Early Access".   That's what I did and now I'm enjoying a nice ATC addon that maybe the voices are not perfect or as good as BATC, which by the way, are very good, but it does an excellent job on vectoring and sequencing /separations to get your plane to final.

Also, I would advise you stay away from arguing about BATC here, the word not allowed will chew you up into pieces!.....😁
