I doubt SLH Designs could pull it off since they only make small Caribeen airports.

Anyway, as you mentioned Pilot Experience sim is working on LFPG right now. Their current french sceneries are quite good. Now, this is a gigantic project compared to Bordeaux, Brest or Montpellier so it will takes time. But if the quality is as good as their other sceneries, it's ok for me.
