I just did KCMI to KIKK and back in the warrior and was running over 95% happy ..until I checked that right hand fuel gauge.

I just had a lovely flight from KMRY to KSBP in the Turbo Arrow III. I was 94% happy.

Good effort! What would it take to get 100%? A large scotch at your elbow always helps for me. 😁

Try flying the default C208 (just finished the Career turboprop cert) and then the turbo Arrow,  if you aren't ecstatic with it... well at least NOT to be flying that complete pile of horse pucky, then I guess nothing would satisfy you 🙄

I’ve noticed in the warrior in VR the right hand fuel gauge label is distorted slightly.

While flying both left and right fuel needles appear to point at roughly the same angle so you would think the tank contents are the same, on closer inspection the label in the right has a distorted scale and was actually 5 gallons out from the left.

Not checked to see if this is still there in 2D or on the arrows, but can anyone else see this?

Sorry for missing this one. That is exactly as per the real aircraft that we based our product on (from my flying club). The right fuel gauge was replaced at some stage with a slightly different style of gauge.

Am I the only one thinking the exhaust effect is exaggerated ?

The "funny" thing is: this very short video would be difficult to recognize being taken from a flight simulator, it looks so real. Until you notice the bugged exhaust effect. Why "funny"? Because the total absence of this effect would NOT result in a comparable immersion breakage...

To me, this heatblur and exhaust effects are way overdone in MSFS2024 and diminish the immersion factor (instead of increasing it) in almost all cases. Bummer.

Ah right ,thanks for that.

i suppose I should be balancing the fuel by noting the time used on each tank  ,rather than relying the on gauges , it’s been a while since I did all that stuff😉

Just Flight Piper PA28-161 Warrior version 0.4.3

Yes, it looks like the MSFS 2024 effect system is rendering that quite differently to when it was originally configured for MSFS 2020. We’ll add that to the list for the next round of PA28 and PA38 updates.
