Don't understand how people still can't get the A350 to work. I think it's just fake posts.

Some folks just like complaining and trying to get a raise from folks to get off. If the A350 didn't work for me, I would say so. I don't use 2020 so I can't really comment how it works on that platform, but in 2024 it flies and handles like a champ. I'm setting up a flight now departing HECA to Dubai. See you on the other end and happy flying.

  • Better than no updates. They are owning it and trying their best to improve it. Much appreciated.

  • This is a good summary of what I have also noticed. And the systems seem to be simply scripted, the components do not appear to actually interact. It just does not "feel" alive to me. Had they charged

13 versions already since release. Is that true?

Yep, and they can keep on going champ as far as I'm concerned.  Always worked well for me in #msfs2024 from 1.0.0 and the additional updates just make it better and better.  But feel free to keep on baiting your audience.  I'm sure you just love all the attention you're getting mate.

First WASM issue for me since launch of the A350, 7hrs into a 9.5hr flight and all instrumentation just froze. Not a happy Sim Pilot. Beginning to wish Fenix carried on with their development of the A350, it would have worked from day 1.

What version of FS, what build version? Did you delete your WASM folder contents after installing the new build? I serious doubt Fenix could of done a better job developing a A350. They're great at developing A320's, let them stick to what they do best. I had wasm crashes when first released but nothing since. Did you report it on their support site?

Very annoying. The autosave function works well, though.

I can't believe people get so upset and defensive over @edpatino's question.  Really, we are comparing the ini350 it to OS's now?

To be fair and credit where credit is due they are paying great attention to trying to get things right.  It's a stunning looker and in '24 has some great features I'd love to see other developers implement.  It really is almost a showcase of what 24 can bring.  In '20 it's meh at best and pretty obvious it was a late port back to 2020 because of where '24 was at the time of release.  I don't think any release in 2025 should come without a cabin at all...

Now with that said, I don't think I know of another add on aircraft that has hads 13 patches in it's entire release history.  At least I can't remember another top level payware plane needing this many in their lifespan let alone the first few months.  The 350 has required 13 and for some is STILL unflyable although if you read this thread those people are just making it up...

Why is it so hard for people to just acknowledge something rather than always argue what is a valid question.  I too look at it and think, "wow, that many patches since release for one of the most expensive add on planes out there is kind of crazy"

So people could just say, "yep, it's a lot of patches but moving in the right direction" rather than accusing them of baiting an audience or getting a raise out of folks to "get off"...

Go ahead, flame me too...

Wait people ARE complaining that planes get updates now?

Simming in 2025... 🤣

You must not own any other payware aircraft then...
All the majors (Fenix, PMDG, AS...) receive constant updates throughout their product lifecycle, but none are as publicized to this level. There was a time in the P3D era where you couldn't launch Ops Center without getting an update notification.

Despite that, I will hand it to them. They are taking feedback and making changes. Only good can come from that.

What is sad about it is that there have been all these updates, and still you do a simple flight and encounter about 20 or so bugs.

Does it get one from A to B? Yes.

Does it have unparalleled realism as advertised? Absolutely not, there are so many systems errors and bugs.

In just don’t think iniBuilds have the ability to accurately simulate a complex airliner. All their other aircraft are so full of errors and bugs.

Those addons are much more complex than this a350 I don't think it's a fair comparison.

It's good to see that they are still working on this aircraft but Inibuilds have gained a reputation for prioritising quantity over quality for a reason.

Yeah, maybe a few updates a year LOL...

So yes, you are right they have as many patches in 5 years as the 350 in 5 months  😉

Heck, Even Asobo only managed 15 SU's in 5 years for MSFS LOL, ini will surpass that in a matter of months...  For some perspective 🙂

I take it that you're an expert in aircraft development or an expert Airbus pilot. What 20 bugs do you encounter and what system errors do you encounter that makes it so unflyable. Not saying that you do have a right to complain but back up what you're complaining about.

Just landed in YBBN with ORBX V2 version and the ILS01R was not correct despite latest AIRAC.

Latest charts has 109.5 IBA/016 but tuning in this manually was not something the A350 was happy about - it started turning in circles towards GLENN.

Maybe something is wrong with ORBX as well ?

Anyway in this weather a visual approach was concducted and all went well. I still find the Fenix logic and feeling better but it has improved alot.

Sometimes it still hard to program the newest FMC because of slow and precise dropdown menus but this has also improved alot

its just one of those thing that make me look outside the window instead 🙂 and handfly the bird

What 20 bugs do you encounter

There is a plethora of posts from people who know the systems on the IniForums that point to wrong and buggy behaviour of the systems.

They do not render the aircraft unflyable, no one claimed that.

But they devalue it enough to make it clear that it was and is not living up to the standard of fidelity and excellence one can expect from a 90€ Aircraft.

Correct.

I have been one reporting lots of bugs and I think you have reacted to by posts.

Frankly I don't have the energy to repeat all of the stuff here complete with screenshots, from the sim, from the FCOM etc.

As Farlis said, I never said it was unflyable, but it is a very long way from being a "premium aircraft offers unparalleled immersion and realism, from the cockpit to the cabin, delivering a breathtaking simulation experience" as advertised.
