Still a few F1 races to go and I missed a few when I was in hospital but i departed LEBL after  a quick hop up the coast from Valencia to do LEBL-KEWR for my final leg home...  

I managed to visit Thailand, USA, Qatar, Spain, France, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Czechia, Austria, Hungary, Spain, Italy, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia missed Portugal and now back to Spain to close it out finally returning from LEBL-KEWR and then on to KLAS for F1 next weekend LOL

I've also done some F1-MotoGP crossover like Australia-China, China-Dubai and just recently SBGR-LEBL travelling from F1 in Brazil straight to MotoGP in Spain 

I have to say, between following MotoGP and F1 in MSFS I have done some of the most spectacular flights I would have never even dreamed of without the races to follow.   I've seen spectacular scenery all over the globe and to be fair some horrible areas in MSFS like the Gobi and Northern Alaska and  I've spent more in add-ons for 2020 in the past year than I have the 3 years prior!  

Nice thing is I've also made sure pretty much everything I purchased for 2020 also has a 2024 installer and look forward to now doing the same thing next season in MSFS2024!  

This is going to be my annual world tour.  As I said, combined with following F1 I've been all over the globe!

The "funny" part is always trying to do the return to KEWR after the weekend so I can go back to real work after my sim flying!

Ah the benefits of having an SI joint Fusion, Broken Ribs, Broken Wrist, broken thumb, gallbladder surgery then breaking my spine in 2 places and having PLENTY of time to sim! 

Literally for most of the year sitting here and simming was one of the only things I could do so I made the most of the chance.

If anyone else is following along I'll see you on the tarmac at KLAS for F1 next weekend.

Sounds like a great tour to do. What aircraft did you do this in?

I just got back into siming after taking some time off. Watching Valencia today doing a MotoGP tour sounds fun. Maybe ill join you next year for the MotoGP part.

I'm on a currently long-winded tour of Australia whereby I'm taking in as many Race Circuits as I can, another tour I've wanted to do for a long time is in a Cub going from UK race track to UK race track starting at my local Goodwood and ending at Knockhill.

Great race today and great season.  As an Aprilia owner for 15 years now seeing todays result felt great.  It's been a long time since Biaggi LOL.   

My go-to was the PMDG 777 with FS2Crew along for the ride but I've also transitioned to the 737 for smaller airfields and then the HPG 145 for the trip from the airport to the race track 🙂  

Most of the tracks are already there and there are some really good add-ons for some of the tracks as well!!

Some would say I am a geek and I would tend to agree but what a great way to mix my love of flightsim with my passion for motorsports.  

With some of the new Private Jets I may look to use something like that for next year!  Use a Falcon or a Lear maybe 🤔

Anything you just mentioned or maybe a G800 so I can go basically anywhere non-stop 🙂

We have the most beautiful gals on the whole World! Food is 2nd to none, aircraft fly better on PT airspace!!!

Minor grumble… there are quite a few VATSIM events scheduled for the F1 weekends, Baku etc. But the events are often scheduled during the race!

Granted, some of them I wish I had flown instead.

My brother-in-law will be in the McLaren Hospitality area in Vegas ... I'm very jealous, he sent me a picture of him and Lando and Piastri together last year.

As far as MotoGP, poor Bagnaia ... even the last race he was forced into the gravel by a crazed Zarco ... commentators just love to bag on Bagnaia (I hope he leaves for Aprilia). 

Great idea, follow the MotoGP and F1 circuits.

That's awesome!  A few of my co-workers will be there, we are a McLaren sponsor but like you all I can do is look at pictures and be jealous!!!  Peasants like myself aren't offered the F1 experience despite the fact my customer gets to go 😞  Very cool for your brother!

That was brutal for him yesterday.  With MM on the other side of the garage he was suddenly like Yuki Tsunoda this year!  It was hard to watch!  Problem with Aprilia (who I love btw) is Bez is riding out of his mind and Martin just coming back they won't have a seat for him.  Really hoping he finds his way during the off-season!  Yesterday was just a fitting end to his year... 

Yep, this week I will do SBGR to KLAS for F1.  It gives me some really unique flight experiences I would have never thought of myself!
