Either you’re trolling or…?

Not trolling, been here a long time and play with these flight sims.

Everyone seems to be a troll when a comment is made someone doesn’t like.

If not trolling, then we’ll have to classify your perspective as obtuse (at best).

You seem to believe that if a person is posting on YouTube they must be completely unqualified to speak on any subject, simply because they’re posting on YouTube. Which is utterly ridiculous

do you feel the same way about newspaper journalists and network reporters…?

The guy in this video is an experienced IRL private pilot AND multiple aircraft owner. Just as importantly, He’s been steadily delivering a series of Study Level flight sim addon aircraft for about 20-ish years now. His addons are almost universally described as among the highest fidelity EVER released for any flight simulator.

While maintaining a healthy level of skepticism is a good life strategy, too much of anything isn’t a good thing.

id suggest you write less and read more before making statements that cast you in a bad light. 🤙

What to say, except - what a ragebait with "in the perfect sim".

No offense to MSFS fans (me included), but it's far from a perfect sim. There is no such thing as a perfect sim in fact. There is no such thing as a perfect addon, although few are quite close.

Every time I step outside and look around I’m reminded about how imperfect all the sims are 😁

Better than ever, oh yeah, but still simulacra. 🤙

I have used Comanche a lot, but it drives me crazy when the plane starts jumping around for no reason. This happened to me in 2020 and 2024, and the only way to mitigate this problem is to lower the turbulence settings to the minimum.

That's why I haven't bought this plane. Do you know if it has the same problem?

A2A specifically recommend setting Turbulence to Realistic, rather than minimum.

And yeah, “Realistic” is painful and I don’t use it

Turbulence in an IRL light GA aircraft is frequently quite jarring - even on good weather days - especially late summer afternoons.

the actual issue, though, isn’t the Comanche - it’s that simulating turbulence on a computer screen is almost impossible in any convincing manner. It’s like trying to visually represent “pulling G’s” - very difficult because G-forces aren’t a visual phenomenon.

BUT unlike maneuver G’s where grey/black/red out visual overlays and AGSM sound effects can be somewhat convincing indicators, the only thing the devs can do for turbulence is shake the screen…😂

so I consider it a sim limitation (every sim) rather than an addon problem.

And given all the pluses of the Comanche, that’s one “minus” im perfectly willing to live with 😎🤙

While Fenix team is recommending setting the turbulence in the sim to Low (minimum). And even then, I've encountered pretty nice shaking, especially last night when departed from LEBL. Can't image what it would be on Realistic, probably my PAX would panic, throw up, and the flight had to be diverted.

But, A2A has adjustable turbulence slider in their tablet, Fenix does not. A slight difference. 🙂

I think those jolts are some kind of bug. They don't seem natural to me because they happen randomly, or at least that's the impression I get.

I completely removed those 'bumps' by turning off the feature "Camera shake" in MSFS Settings (I think 'Accesibility' settings).  It turned out to be nothing to do with turbulence (I got the bumps no matter what turbulance setting I used).  In fact it was A2A's wonderful Accusim engine reacting to MSFS's default "Camera shake".

This worked for the Comanche and the Aerostar.

Once again 1 YouTubers opinion make us "the perfect twin for the perfect sim"

Just another YouTuber looking for clicks and revenue. Honestly these YouTube folks are just a waste of time to watch. They add virtually nothing to your thread title. It is one persons opinion.

The give away for sure is your title. Nothing about the game is perfect!

than why you even bother watching  these so called utubes is  the question to ask

When not flying MSFS 2024 I'll watch some sim tubes like group flys or reviews.

Seperating the wheat from the chaff is the key.

I love the Aerostar.

Its my favorite GA plane and I will leave it at that.
