You can use FSLTL Injector to add parked aircraft. You use AIG models with the default Real-time setting. I was just at KOPF watching business jets land and takeoff. It's the best AI traffic you can have for v2024. When I use BATC, I disable real-time and don't need the FSLTL injector.

Default AI with FSLTL models are OK, not as good as AIG.

When you update flightplans, it also commonly updates many of the liveries required for the new plans. I highly recommend updating to get the most benefit.

It's up to you to setup AI Manager to work how you want it. If you don't want business jets for whatever reason, then don't select the business jet operators.

I never did select bizjets, I just clicked install flightplans...bit I think its OK now...

when you open up the aig manager there might or will be a option saying update your flight( middle right) plans this will update your installed flight planes but if you did manage to click the install option( top left) it will install all the flight planes that you havnt got loaded

Hi, I'm trying to download Base Package but seems like it can't download anything, after 2 hours I get "Downloading bar" running and in my community folder no aig folder was created.

Any ideas?

I resolved switching off Real-Time Protection under Windows Security. Worked perfectly.

What method do you use to inject traffic in FSHud ATC? It's generally recognised that AIGTC with the FSHud integration turned on and External selected in the FSHud ATC traffic settings will give you more traffic than the internal AIG option.

Of course, you may find that you could get more traffic by installing extra airlines using AIM, as you suggest.

Hi, now I'm using one of two method. Is it better together? AIG+External? And do you launch AIGTC or not? I noted that if you don't launch AIGTC the traffic is injected anyway. What is your configuration in AIGTC and FSHud? thanks so much in advance.

not all only around 100 from 2000+ possible. The Basepack will provide a basic global coverage. You can add other airlines for regions you fly if you like.

The FSHud ATC traffic setting AIG selects whether or not you want the in-built injector to add traffic from the set of traffic installed by AIG - either the base pack, or additional airlines.

Using AIGTC with FSHud ATC is independent of the above setting. To use it you run the AIG Traffic Controller with the FSHud option specified, and you ensure that the FSHud ATC traffic setting 'External' is checked. Typically you do not also have the AIG option checked, although it doesn't cause any problems if you do, other than perhaps using more CPU than required. In AIGTC I set the amount of traffic to 100%, and use the FSHud ATC traffic settings to limit the amount of traffic to numbers my system can cope with. Usually people find that this method gives more traffic than the AIG setting above.

I run it the second way: AIG Traffic Controller is running with the FSHud integration enabled, then FSHud traffic is set to External. I don't normally enable the internal AIG option at the same time, because it feels redundant and can just add load.

For coverage, the basepack is only a starting point. I still add the airlines for the areas I fly most, otherwise some airports can look quiet even when the setup itself is working.

I've tried both method:

1) Launch FSHud, then AIGTC, then FS2024 (in FSHud checked External source, in AIGTC checked "Use with FSHud")

2) Launch FSHud then FS2024 (in FSHud checked "enable AIG" and nothing else)

1) method seems to inject more active aircraft than 2) method. Parked aircrafts are about the same. The problem is that AIGTC takes 5:52sec to load! I've installed all world's flightplans. Is it normal? is there a way to reduce its loading time?

In my opinion is better the 2) method untill not find a "fix" to reduce loading time of AIGTC.
