May 10May 10 Hey Guys, it took us now nearly 5 years but we finaly made it - the OCI Basepack is online 🙂 This OCI Basepack features 100+ airlines from around the globe with the required content of SimObjects, Repaints, Effects and Flightplans for AI Traffic use in MSFS 2020 and 2024. The pack comes with AIGFP traffic source files for use with our AIG Traffic Controller or FSHud. The Repaints are configured according to the SDK and can be used with default ingame live traffic as well as all other 3rd party traffic injectors (BATC, SI, ...). This pack is for new users indented and be used as base for further cusimizing via AI Manager for more airlines and updates later. (It is basically a 100+ airline OCI installation ziped into one big file). AI Manager 1.4 can be downloaded on our website.  Edited May 10May 10 by Kaiii3
May 10May 10 That's awesome news for new users! Your fleet is the best, and I've tried them all. I love to know what airliners did you include? I want to ensure that I'm not missing any. I downloaded 1800 FPS, and there's still about 800 left. MSFS
May 10May 10 I wonder if it's possible to keep old airline liveries like the "AIGAIM_Eurowings Airbus A320-200 - Air Berlin", which I use for BER model matching and just adding new liveries? I guess, when re-installing EWG, this old livery is gone when no longer in use?

Certainly, but you have to save it yourself to a custom AI aircraft folder. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
May 10May 10 I've backed up all my folders in two different drives. I don't ever want to reinstall, unless I have to. MSFS

May 10May 10 So is this OCI Basepack a separate download, or is it part of AI Manager? I've never used or tried AIG. I was admittedly put off by the apparant complexity of getting into it. I once spent about 2 hours trying to find and download this "OCI" that everyone refers to - before eventually finding out that it's a part of AI Manager. 😄 Do I still need to download AI Manager to access this Basepack? Last question, does AIG provide any GA flight plans / traffic or is it entirely an airliner AI provision? May 10May 10 Nice to see this finally packaged. For someone who already has a bigger hand-built OCI setup, is the basepack meant more as a clean-start shortcut, or is there a sensible way to layer it in without replacing a lot of existing packages?

Yes.. it's all covered right here. https://www.alpha-india.net/2026/05/10/oci-basepack-release/  It includes plans as well as the aircraft and liveries.  41 minutes ago, malichek said: For someone who already has a bigger hand-built OCI setup, is the basepack meant more as a clean-start shortcut If you already have OCI installed and well setup, there's no need for it. May 10May 10 Nice to see this happen. I still use AIG mainly for the model coverage and airline schedules, so having a clean basepack again should make reinstalls a lot less painful. That alone is a pretty solid quality-of-life improvement.
May 10May 10 Only question I've got .........    Why did you wait for so long to do this....  would have saved me pain in the past   lol  Thanks for doing it                   Â

May 13May 13 Did not work for me. AIG Manager quietly crashes to desktop after few seconds when trying to start basepack download. No oci-directory created in community, no files downloaded. Windows 10, FS2020. Old bulk OCI method seems to work as before.

I recently opened the ap and it found some FPs that needed to be updated and it worked without any issues. I know that what you are doing is different, but v1.4 is working ok as an updater. Do you have the AP set as admin? MSFS

Didn't even search how to raise my issue (hopefully it's not one more "a your problem") and only workaround was to deactivate the livery. I also do regular update and Settings - Verify Setup without success. Does it worth to start from this new .Zip, then go to OCI and download all zone I previously add?
