OK, but that gives me a ballpark. So I need to be looking for airports with 12k runways.. I see a lot with 11800 etc, I'm sure those would do for now, for the planning stages. I can tweak that list once I actually get it.

I'm planning on purchasing this fine aircraft tomorrow but I would like to know the takeoff and landing distance for a fully loaded (worse case) scenario so I can plan my airports. I'm getting a wide variety of numbers from Google searches. It would be nice to know exact figures. Thanks.

The big tubeliners use ACARS but what about a small charter companies? What report(s) do the pilots submit after they're day of flying? I'm talking about the pilots/companies flying smaller planes like Cessna 207, 404, B200, Navajo's and even small biz jets. I talked to an Ameriflight pilot years ago and he said they submitted a "run sheet" at the end of everyday. Which included fuel usage, cargo pickup/dropoff, departure/arrival airports ICAO codes and OOOI times, etc. Any info would be helpful.

+1, the light seems to be to bright causing them to fuzz out. I hear ya. I'm looking for a solution for this as well.

Get the Carenado Piper Navajo to start with then move on from there. Or if you want to see out better get the older Flight 1 Islander, that flies slow and is very easy and very imersive. Or the AC500S -

So a new airline starts up. How do they decide lets say B1900D vs Q400 or old 732's vs 737ng, etc money? pax demand? would it make sense to use a 752? Thanks.

Try approaching at around 90 KIAS that will help you landing. As soon as you are over the numbers slowly go to idle and start leveling the aircraft and let it float in.

Why should I buy the 350i over say the B200? Is it "better?"

sold, I got my copy coming. I read a little bit of it in the preview on Amazon, left me wanting more. I also have a book called Skyfaring, haven't read it yet, but it looks good, a memoir by a retired 747 captain.

OK, I'll fill it in, Now I have to really decide what I want to fly.... I like my Shrike but I think I'll need something that is turbo-charged and can handle IFR conditions as well. My Shrike isn't the best for that...
