  1. Hi Jim, Actually this is a known issue and has to do with the way that particular light is modeled. It should only happen when changing the Dome Light intensity and stops as soon as the the adjustment is made.

    Rudder bug

Artur, By any chance are you accomplishing an Autoland when you are seeing this? If you don't disconnect the Autopilot after you roll out the Autopilot is going to continue to track the centerline of the ILS which would explain why it's acting this way.
  3. Joel, If the PMDG Ops Center folder still remains, just delete any programs or files left in the folder and run the PMDG OPS CENTER UPDATER if you still have it. If it's gone then run the installers for either the 737 or 777 in Repair mode and it should be restored.
  4. Marcin, It's actually been that way since FSX was released. If you had it working, you we're lucky.
  5. There are no plans to modify the PMDG Ops Center to support a tool designed to bypass EULA restrictions.
  6. Marcin, This is actually addressed in the Introductory section of the manual for the product. It is never recommended to save a Non default aircraft in the Default flight for either P3D or FSX as it causes issues with the way the product loads up.
  7. Jason, Correct. The MD-11 will also work the same way
  8. Jason, Please see my reply to your other post.
  9. Nico, Please submit a support ticket via our Support portal and i'm sure we can get things sorted out for you.
  10. Joel, If you have Norton installed, it's likely the PMDG Ops Center was deleted by it. I had it installed at one point and it continually deleted the Ops center whenever it was installed. Finally dumped Nortons altogether as it became far to annoying.
  11. Jason, Yes you should still be able to install the FS2004 versions using the standard product validation protocol
  12. Hi Michael, I did see your ticket and the issue is under review. You should hear from someone later today hopefully
  13. Did you check the Standy Power Switch on the overhead? Sounds like it's in OFF instead of AUTO. No power on the STBY BUS equals no displays.
  14. Please open a support ticket at Support.precisionmanuals.com and we will be happy to try to help you sort out what might be causing the issue.
  15. If you are unable to install your products, the solution is actually quite simple. Open a Support Ticket with Support.precisionmanuals.com so that we can help you resolve the issue as that is the only official means of support for your products. I am certain we can get whatever issue you have resolved if you simply follow these procedures.
  16. Alberto, F/D modes are controlled directly from the respective FCC under certain conditions. This independent F/D operation occurs when neither A/P is engaged in CMD, both F/D switches are ON and one of the following mode conditions exists: • APP mode engaged with LOC and G/S captured • GA mode engaged and below 400 feet RA • TO mode engaged and below 400 feet RA.
  17. Bruce, I have passed the information along to the Development team to look into. I don't know that we had the data to do that properly when the NGX was released. In any case it's something to look at for any future updates to the NGX.
  18. Grant, Is this occurring during Taxi of the aircraft or after landing? If you are continuing to have trouble and need official support you really should open up a ticket with our Support system and we will be happy to look into it further.
  19. The JS4100 Update for Steam has not been completed yet but it is still planned. We hope to get it wrapped up after the release of the 747-400 product.
  20. Robert, Please actually fly the route first and see if it works. I suspect it will. I doubt you will be able to discern the difference by simply looking at it but let us know.
  21. I really think you typing the route in manually is going to fix the issue. I have heard of several other users reporting strange route behavior when importing flightplans depending on the source. If it doesn't correct the issue open a support ticket with us so we can look into it further.
  22. OK so the Leg length should not be an issue based on your previous reply. It sounds as if your importing the route to the FMC if I understand you correctly. Have you tried manually programming the route into the FMC using the same waypoints to see if the issue remains as it isn't uncommon for an imported flightplan to contain an error that could explain what you are seeing.
  23. Please open a support ticket with us and I will be happy to send you the tool required to fix the issue. Most likely an FSX Registry issue.
  24. Robert, What was the distance between waypoints when you were seeing the issue? Was it excessively long (over 200 NM)?
