  1. Please submit a ticket with your purchase details at our support portal and Ryan or I will be happy to take a look at it for you.
  2. Zachary, Ryan and I clean out the Support tickets everyday. I went in and searched for your name and nothing came up so I don't know what happened to your ticket. Can you please try submitting another ticket so we can try to assist you.
  3. Annick, As outlined in the EULA for the product, you are indeed allowed to install and use the software on two computers owned by the purchasing customer per License key so what you are suggestion is allowed and you shouldn't have any trouble. If you run into any issues, submit a support ticket and Ryan or I will be happy to look at it for you.
  4. You must Disable the Auto Rudder feature in FS2004 in order for the Nose Gear Steering and Body Gear Steering animation to work. The aircraft will still turn if it is selected ON but the Animation will not show the Nose Gear or Body Gear rotation.
  5. Mike, Sorry you had trouble getting the Extended Download Insurance order to go through initially, there have been several hundred orders submitted today without any issue so the E-commerce site should be fully operational. I did get your tickets for the redownload and replied to them with the order reset as soon as they appeared. Let us know if you need anything else
  6. Vaughan,All of our support is now handled via the support.precisionmanuals.com website address as outlined by one of the previous users. We have had almost one hundred tickets submitted today via the portal so the system is up and fully operational. The registration for this is not tied to your purchase account at PMDG so you will need to register your email and create a password but the process should be fairly straight forward from there. Once you submit a ticket we should be able to help you troubleshoot the core of the validation issue and get things working for you.
  7. Kyle,I talked to some Mechanics at Air Tran recently on this exact subject and they actually told me the Engine was the only thing they Didn't like on the aircraft. Not because it was unreliable or anything like that but simply because that side mounted high bypass fan is a nightmare to uncowl, just like the MD90. Luckily being a Rolls you don't have to uncowl it often. I think the 15 Minute estimate was actually 15 hrs from what they were saying. Its not an easy engine to work on or change but it is very reliable.
  8. Michael,Not sure why you are not recieving the confirmation email from the support system but as Ryan stated earlier, we've had several hundred tickets come through successfully so something is blocking it on your end. Check your Junk mail folder or with your ISP to see if they are blocking it.In regards to your installation problem, please try it again now. There was a problem with the order status but you should be all set now.
  9. Stanner,The CD version will be Version SP1 so no updates should be required.
  10. Navigation Radios are tuned via the FMC RAD/NAV page. Normally they are autotuned by the FMC so no manual input is required. The Radio Tuning Panel for the Comm radios should be located on the center pedestal

Gerard, Since the Rudder Power Control Units are Hydraulically powered, it will move Left or Right with the wind until the Hydraulic power is turned ON just before pushback.
  12. I think its time to Eject this post before impact since thats certainly where its headed.
  13. Opher,Glad to hear you got it sorted out but I don't know how you got the corrupted link in that confirmation email. I have checked the system again tonight and the link it sent did Not contain any errors and worked perfectly. We have also had almost 500 people register this month without any issues so i'm not sure what happened in your case but i'm sorry you had problems. The older validation system used on the 747-400 and the MD11 never really envisioned people changing their email addresses during the life of the product so it really should say "Email registered with PMDG" instead of "Email Used at Time of Purchase" Sorry for the confusion.
  14. Valerio,For assistance with this issue please contact our Support Portal at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/
  15. Ahmed,The proper way to get support for your products is to submit a ticket using our Support system at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/ In regards to the issue you describe, this error indicates that either the downloaded zip file is corrupted most likely by an Agressive Anti virus application or some other protective software. It could also indicate that you have failed to unzip the installer after downloading. If you have unzipped the file and still are seeing issues please submit a ticket to the support system as outlined above.
  16. Are you loading a saved flight, Switching from another Add On aircraft to the 747-8 or do you have a Non Default aircraft set to load as your Default Flight? Any of these items can cause the type of behavior you describe.
  17. The problem you are seeing is covered in the "READ BEFORE FLYING" file that was included with your Download. The Configuration manager allows you to switch between models of the 747-400 and the 747-8. You must run the Configuration Manager as Administrator in order for the changes to be saved so Right Click on the Config Manger and select "Run as Administrator" from the drop down menu and then it should save your changes properly.
  18. That type of behavior is indeed a Activation Issue. Simply Uninstall from the Remove Software control panel and then Reinstall and Revalidate and it should work properly after that.
  19. The Stabilizer Movement is not animated in the current 747-400 Series aircraft.
  20. Try shortening up your Leg Length between waypoints to around 100NM and see if the issue continues.
  21. This problem occurs when you have the Low Resolution Panel Textures selected in the Performance Manager. Please open up a Support ticket in our Support portal and we should be able to come up with a solution for you.
  22. Roberto,OK, after some playing around with this I think I figured out how you are seeing this but it is occuring because SOP for the aircraft is not being followed as outlined in a couple of the previous posts. Basically you are departing with TO/GA mode active, no active flight plan or altitude restriction set in the MCP so the aircraft remains in the TO/GA mode for an extended period of time instead of transitioning to ALT ACQ or VNAV as it normally would in the real world. With that scenario I was able to duplicate the MCP + 20 FD indication in TO/GA until pitch mode transition occurred. Under normal circumstances, the issue would never be seen because the Autoflight system would have transitioned to VNAV or reached an Altitude restriction on the departure forcing a change to ALT ACQ if not operating in VNAV. That being said, I have submitted the item to the team to take a look at to verify the correct operation. At this point I would say any changes to this are unlikely to make the SP1B update but we can look at it for a future update if the fault is confirmed.
  23. Yep, the new download includes the SP1 update so you should be good to go.
  24. Abdullah ,I located your account and reset the order for the 737NGX. Sorry for the delay in seeing your post but we normally handle all of these types of issues via the support system. Unfortunately I can't explain why you haven't been able to send a ticket via that system.
  25. Fareed,It does appear that at some point the font color changed from Orange to White inadvertantly. It was most likely overwritten in an update. I have opened an item with the team to look into it to see if it can be easily repaired or not so we will look at it. In regards to the Radio Panels and Pressurization panel, the style of digital readout is an option, some companies use the LED display and some use the LCD displays. Most new aircraft are all coming with the LCD due to improved reliability.
