    As said before, stay away from Taburet. I have tried different add-on types from him, either they are too expensive or are low quality, often both.

    Flying in the Northern spheres with Live Weather has never worked very good. Only time when it make sense is between Nov and March/April when all is covered with snow anyway. During Summer I'm using weather presets.

    It depends on height and distance. But flying between CYVR and Vancouver downtown at 3000-4000 ft circling around the city, the issues are clearly visible. There a some bridges which look really ugly. Take Off at CYTZ and looking towards Toronto downtown is even worse imo. I have Canada PG disabled for now. Using some Vancouver and Toronto add-ons, these cities look much better than they do with WU11.

    I'm not sure if this is possible. PG of Vancouver before WU11 was more or less fine. If you exclude, it would be excluded totally, not excluding the WU11 PG only?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to only uninstall Vancouver and Toronto alone but keep the other PG cities. Or am I wrong?

    Yes, but a Canada update with severe issues in Vancouver and Toronto is not what I would expect.

    Maybe 3rd party mesh can help here. I have BC and Vancouver Island mesh installed. Do you have some specific locations in these areas where those mesh anomalies are prominent?

    After reading through 10 pages here, I have decided not to install WU11 Canada. I have many add-ons especially for BC incl Vancouver Island. Since 3rd party mesh issues are gone with SU10, I can probably live without the WU 11 "improvments" ... I'm wondering why they did not test it properely. Why no short Beta for World Updates too? Are there any official comments in their forum? I checked it earlier this day, but could not find much about the Canada update.

    I assume you haven't used Addonlinker until now. To answer you question, yes this possible and it is the most important benefit o AL. I have created a folder MSFS-Addons on D. Fired up AL and told it to use this folder. AL knows automatically, wher your real community folder is and creates the necessary links according to your needs.

    DX12 + TAA with the newest driver seems to be a bit better than DX11 with TAA. I skip DLSS for now because of unsharp glass cockpit gauges (moving numbers).

    Interesting notice. I've just updated to 517.40 (studio driver) some days ago. I'm curious to see if there is any positive difference to the 517.48 (game ready driver) version.

    Since the release of SU10 is imminent, I'd like to ask how to go safely from beta to the offical SU10. This is the first time I've been in a beta and I have read that this has been problematic in earlier transfers. Do I have to take any precautions to avoid a complete reinstall?

    One of my favorites is CYCD Nanaimo (freeware) on Vancouver Island. Water, mountains, big city Vancouver all very close. I hope it will be compatible withe the upcoming WU Canada.

    Unfortunately, this is one thing that became worse duríng the last few sim updates.

    Currently all this is about sim update 10 BETA and some speculations when the official SU10 will be available. If you you are not in beta, I would not worry too much. As usual, the sim will update automatically when the official version is out.

    I had only a 300 MB update. No other updates indicated. Do I miss something?

    Where is Umberto? In topics like this he usually shows up immediately to claim that it is not FSDT but something else causing the issues.
