  1. I agree that PSXT+RT is probably best solution for now. But imo, the ai a/c movements (TakeOff, landing and taxiing) are still not fluid enough (very small, but permanent microstutters). But that could be a limitation by MS/Asobo and is not necessarily a problem of PSXT/RT.
  2. Interesting thoughts. I would pay for a subscription model too, but would rather prefer something like a pro version. Edit: Right now, MSFS hangs at syncing data, which is usually caused by server/cloud issues.
  3. Meanwhile I doubt that we will ever get a "realistic" ai traffic behavior by MSFS. All ai traffic developers are still struggling with the ai engine provided by MS/Asobo.
  4. Could you please be a bit more specific? There are 12 entries in the post process section. Did you set all to zero?
  5. Until this spikes issue remains I have to stay with the Asobo version. I hope ini can and will resolve this. If not, their scenery is useless imo.
  6. I have many of your US water fixes active. Do you recommend to disable all of them or can I just leave them as they are until Asobo fixes it.
  7. no, no and no. There is also another thread just below, which in summary says NO.
  8. Fully agreed. I have about sevee hundred add-ons and never had a serious problem during the last five or six sim updates. I'm using Add-On Linker too. Only thing what happens from time to time is that some add-ons don't play nicecly together.
  9. Thats right in most scenarios, but when flying in congested areas with lots of add-ons, I'm reaching 16-17 GB VRAM in some places (e.g. Vancouver area with Van+ SamScene, FSDT CYCR, GAIST, FSTraffic and some smaller ones ...) I'm with 3440x1440 and a 3090.
  10. Thanks for that video link. But one should note that it is older than two years. The visual outcome and/or performance hit of some specific settings can now be very different (e.g. Terrain LOD (!), TAA vs DLSS, DX12 vs 11).
  11. 1.04 download speed 11 kb/s. Anybody else?
  12. see the post from the_simpilot, I guess it was this what helped me.
  13. In the other big thread about JF FS Traffic there was a solution for those who did not see any traffic. It was necessary to delete one specific file in one of the FST folders, which was then rebuilt by restarting the JF traffic manager. That fixed it for me in a former version (1.02 or 1.01). Unfortunately, I don't remember the filename and I'm currently at work. Maybe someone else can help out.
  14. What does this mean? I haven't used the tool during the last two three months.
  15. Difficult to say, because I'm using differnt sets of add-ons for each session. When I load the sim with all add-ons, it seems to be a bit faster here, but could be placebo.
  16. Overall, I'm not impressed from this update. Rural areas and especially the mountains don't meet my expectations compared with other WU areas. Cities (PG) look fine but nothing near overwhelmed. I also see quite a lot of mesh issues (spikes) around NZQN.
  17. That's bad. Luckily, this annoying horizon line it is not always visible. I have (see) it only in mountainous regions under certain weather conditions.
  18. I'm done with this software. I've been using it with FSX/P3d but I will not pay for it again until I see a dramatic change of the devs communication behavior.
  19. Search for "Offline GA Traffic" from SimFlea it is not perfekt but gives me enough traffic with most small and medium sized airports. It also combines fine with FSLTL.
  20. I'm wondering what they did learn from latest WU (Canada). Didn'd Jorg say in one of the latests twitch sessions that something like that (WU Canada) will not happen again?
  21. The NZMF airport is nice but the mountains along the Milford Sound look ugly. ORBX mesh is not (!) active neither are any other add-ons in this area.
