If you are using Thrustmaster Airbus Throttle, make sure the engine master switches are not on, I have yet to be able to assign them in the PMDG 737's. I had same issue.

Cockpit crew don't do ground servicing,all that should be automatic......

I use the long load time to do my flight planning, same amount of time messing around with addons Linker....

Can already do that thru CDU.
