  2. why you think that i not follow the instructions ? i did..but maybe I don't have the same luck that you have ... again...my question is... I am asking fr a regular automation process. ..this can avoid a topic like this... do you agrree??
  3. Sorry thegrunt but since that you are selling to regular customers (P3D is not free) You need provide the same support that others companies that are providing this service in the market. You can not use the term that is not a company for consumer enterntaiment to justify a missing support. I am talking about the support level for a product that is in the market and you can buy anytime as normal comsumer retail. and LM has expertise to provide a simple reactiation for his product as the others compnies do. Anyway I don't bear anyone with my thoughs I just created this topic for a reflexion and show my frustation. I respect all positions here. Thanks guys was very usefull hear you.
  4. thanks for yours comments well.. I couldn't uninstall first due that my motherboard burnned.. I have no way to do this. Also I used all channels that LM provided to request my activation. I am frustated because a big and great company as LM is doesn't have automatic process that others companies has. For instance I did my Windows reactivation at 1am est, early morning in five minutes by phone and automatically and put some examples above just to show that If you want. You do but If the client don't claim the thins remains the same... ever
  5. Well.. I had an issue .. I just changed my motherboard... So.. many companies understood that I was doing another install with the same serial . For instance..,on WIndows 8.1... I just did called to Microsoft (anytime) and I got my activation automatically...for FSX.. I just input my serial and I got by internet ..on real time.. reactivation.. for GSX Ground Services... I did this through Internet and I got the activation.. for PMDG.. using Flex.. I didn't have any problem .. for the others.. the same.. but for the Lockheed Martin (P3D v2.3) .. oh my God.. first.. You need to send an email... with your license..and wait.. wait...and..after... nothing happens.. after I sent another... 30 minutes after.,.. nothing.. well let me try send through the support (site)... after three hours... nothing.. What was my conclusion :How they can delivery a good product If a simple activation is done using an email (old process.. agree ?)... and the customer needs to supplicate for his rights ? and wait..wait... Please LM ..update your controls.. You can do satellites.. this should be easier for you.
  6. Hi I was flighing with CS 727-100 yesterday. I installed it by Copy&Paste. Everything was fine. Today when I started P3D V2 (also I have installed FTX Global, FSUIPC, OPUS FSX, GSX - all those 3rd party were working).. I got a first message : "Prepar3D cannot find the aircraft for the requested flight. The default flight willtry load. after my Ok "Prepar3D cannot find the aircraft files. Please reinstall Prepar3D" Well I would like to know What´s going on to avoid in the future when I will have more installed acft and softwares and config done installed needs to reinstall P3DV2. Also I need to know If this is a new bug since that I couldn´t find any through Google . I already desinstall FSUIPC, GSX, I made a new standard .CFG, restored the system, repaired using Prepar3D application.. nothing !!! I am disapointed.. So at this point I can delete and resintall...Ok.. but Who can assure that this error will not happen again If we don't know the route cause ? Can you help me ? Thx

  8. Thanks again eSimmer... I am having more support from you that from PMDG :lol: in the last 3 hours ... I checked my inbox, my account in the PMDG... no emails, no link , i didn´t find any word from PMDG. But My credit card was billed online and realtime.: :rolleyes: I raised a ticket on Support forum. I know many companies that grow quickly because they provide you a big support When you need but also I saw many ending up more quicker because they were despising their customers. Hopefully that PMDG found in the first statement.

I am disapointed :( You wait, wait,wait.. and When you think it is ... showtime !!! ... nothing happen . I have friends who already downloaded the product but My credit card received the billing and I paid for this. If you do not have competence to meet all customers please explain... and give to them a target date or a status. At least that's what I do with my clients ...Order: 231410

  13. Hi Can we use the eZDOK menu the option --> "Global Disable" and after NGX load on you can assign Enable and change to VC Cockpit.. Could be a workaround ? Please, let me know
