I would love to see this series done by PMDG. I used to see them all the time when I worked for Frontier.

+1 I love doing the shorter routes and the e-jets are really nice planes. I guess it would be a question as to whether PMDG a) feels like doing it and :( would get the kind of access to the plane that they got with Boeing so that they could create a product that met their very demanding standards.

Ryan has said he would love to have the company do a CRJ or something similar, so you might get your wish some day.

I saw the just flight air canada dvd and they are something else. I have a friend whos a captain for flybe. They just got the simulator installed at Exeter, that would be a good day trip!!!!Alan

It looks like the security camera for the cockpit door. I don't think I ever saw that installed on the Republic Airlines E-Jets when I worked for Frontier.

I'd prefer a CRJ instead. I know Wilco is doing another one, but I don't put much faith in them.

The Digital Aviation CRJ that Aerosoft took over looks promising but who knows when that will be released. I don't know if that or the Majestic Dash 8 is gonna take the record for longest development time.

Level-D 757 is also competing for the title of the longest development time for an FS product

I've been waiting for that DA CRJ to come out since June of 2011. I had typed in "FSX payware CRJ" on Google , and up popped this 130+ topic on the Aerosoft forums about the project. Not wanting to skip any screenshots, cause the exterior modelling is amazing, I went through every single page, watching the delays happen. When I got to the last page, I found out it had been locked just the day before! When they finally opened up the topic again in August, I was very happy!

I think it would be a pretty difficult business decision for PMDG, as Wilco Pub's E-Jet series are actually a very slick representation of these aircraft. They are developed by FeelThere and are actually quite decent if anyone's interested.
