hmm from weather radar to A320 trim.. interesting -
i wouldnt use a port below 1000 for that matter anyway.. lots of them are reserved by default applications http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers

The PMDG 777 is using our FS2Crew RAAS (a locked version which only works with this aircraft). I would also recommend what Oliver said.

i think the best solution is to outsource as much as code as possible into standalone applications (no matter if they are 32 or 64bit). at least until we have a 64bit sim.

wouldnt it be great, if the operations center would include a function to load liveries made from other users?

Please also check if RAAS is enabled for your current aircraft. The configuration for each livery can be very different. The freighter from Aerologic for example does not have RAAS enabled. You have to enable it in your FMC and if you change to another livery, you have to check again. /edit: of course, i saw your first post, indicating that you have enabled it in your FMC but this was a general advice. If things still do not work, always check your dll.xml - there must be an entry RAASPRO

check the 777 manual. You will find every information you need (i tell you by not even looking into it but this is PMDG so you can expect it to be covered by the manual).

you ARE the guy and won all my internet for one day. You posted in a thread were people discuss about a nice piece of software that includes a download manager for all the liveries. Check your startmenu -> PMDG -> PMDG Operations Center, then open it and select the 777. Dont recall it right now and cant check myself. -
