NGX is love, NGX is life. I visited ILA 2014 last year (airshow in Berlin) and I had a chance to fly 737NG in a "one man cockpit." People around were quite impressed with my 1337 skillz. I guess I should be thanking folks at PMDG for making that happen . Damn, it looks like it's gonna be more "lagz" for me...

Though I don't really care much about WXR (I do suppose a lot of people do). Just want to see how NGX performs in FSX:SE vs. FSX. So far I'm not very impressed with SE...

Wish PMDG added support OpusFSX or vice versa... I need to read what exactly from ASN WXR needs. I'm not buying another addon just to use WXR, which I don't use anyway on Q400...

Wonder if OpusFSX will work with the upcoming NGX weather radar.

Yes, I read the guide again (few times) just to be sure I didn't miss anything. I guess I fell a victim to some strange anomaly which happens extremely rarely... But deep inside I think you are right to suspect my Internet connection. Even though it worked fine for 1,5 years maybe university changed something/whatever while I was gone. Anyway, thank you both for your help.

Everything works fine from the browser. Still don't get it, what could have went wrong? Everything worked fine before... And by reinstalling I've meant the entire OS. For the same exact reason you've mentioned above. Oh well, in the mean time this gives me a chance to try out Prepar3d.

With or without AV/Firewall still no luck. Oh well, will prolly reinstall everything from scratch...

Hello, recently I been experiencing this error. I haven't touched FSX for a month and once I came back from holidays OpusFSX refused to work. Before that, I have never experienced a trouble from OpusFSX in almost two years of using it. I read various topics/FAQs I found on the Internet, tried some thins (obviously I could have missed something as well), yet nothing seems to work. Additional info: Internet connection - for the past 1,5 I'm using university Internet, meaning I have proxy setup. Before this week it never troubled OpusFSX to download its weather. All other programs (Internet browsers, Windows Update, FSX own RL weather, Steam, etc.) work fine. Fiddled with proxy settings in IE, tried setting up everything manually, auto, used VPN, everything works fine except for OpusFSX. FSX install - except for installing and later uninstalling SweetFX before going on holidays I haven't done anything else. OpusFSX settings - a picture is better that a thousand words...which can be found here: http://1drv.ms/VUXYD6 For some reason img code doesn't want to work here. Current OpusFSX version is 3,50.0. And Of course I run FSXSERVER.EXE. Tried other versions (including beta) as well, nothing works. Assistant still show the date from last flight (21.07.2014) and a location where I left my plane (ESGG). Spy log: Tried loading other save with other aircraft, new flights with default aircraft, still doesn't work. Tried different servers, you bet - still didn't work. Lets see, what else I could include here. Nothing comes to mind anymore. Hope it will be enough and I will get the software help I need, before it drives me insane and I'll need a different kind of help . I really want to play some FSX. Thank you in advance.

So Majestic's DHC Dash 8 Q400 WXR is crap too? I haven't read a lot about about it, but I hope it works nice.

Intercockpit? IMO, MAX series deserve their own full add on. It is a completely new line (like Classics and NGs), even though all they share similarities. Who know, maybe by, let's say, 2020 we'll get MAX series from PMDG. On a side note, it's interesting how various 737 families mimicked the cockpits of their bigger brothers. 737 CL - 757/767, 737 NG - 777, 737 MAX - 787.

Yup, that was my mistake, I had crossfeed on "off". And by main tanks I was referring to wing tanks.

Well, it did so for me. One time I've used this method and I had imbalance between two main tanks. After that I've only flown with center fuel pumps 2*on/2*off. I could have done something wrong, though. Have you tried it?

This was posted here a while ago. Although I really don't see a point in leaving one pump on and the other off, because it creates an imbalance in the main tanks.

Listening to ATIS/checking airport weather online before you plan for descent is one way of doing so. At least it gives you an idea which RWYs you might get.

Or it could be vice versa - your charts are too old.

Whoops, missed that one. That makes it even better in my books. Would have still preferred the ZFW, but that's not a biggie.

Lasse, I've began using your work and so far I'm amazed what a great work you've done! I would totally recommend everyone to at least trying it out! There is however one thing you could improve. Let's say that someone doesn't fly in two class configuration, he/she might have troubles with your sheet, since I sometimes have more than 160 passengers aboard myself. I would recommend you dumping all that complex passenger load sheet stuff you have now and just go for a simple ZFW. Much easier.

Wow, looks a bit confusing, but I'll definitely give it a try during my next flight.

^^^Since it's RYR, they would prolly drill a hole in the plane to make up for that lost lavatory. Yet again Boeing will be the one which will face recertification problems .

A pity. Prolly is something GPU related.
